Anderson's did all the flowers for my Mom's Memorial. I was blown away by the quality and size of the arrangements! They were very reasonably price and over the top gorgeous. They did my wedding flowers over 30 years ago also. I believe they are the same owners as then. Nice to buy local from a long established family business.
I love Anderson! I live out of state and have ordered online from them many times over the past few years including yesterday for my family who lives in the Keene area. The flowers always turn out even more beautiful than the photos and are delivered on time. I appreciate their professionalism very much and my family is always thrilled with the result. Thanks!
I requested through the online system that the order be delivered on a specific date. The order was not fulfilled properly as it was delivered four days earlier than requested. I called and provided an opportunity for the situation to be rectified. The lady I worked with offered to deliver the order on the day originally requested. I accepted and would have ordered from the business again. Unfortunately, the boss in his mid-sixties has made my decision not to provide future business to the company. He was rude to my wife on her birthday when he should be delivering to patrons without added negativity. The negativity from this person cost the company more than my business. I would recommend a more sunny disposition if the older gentlemen is going to deliver to the community.
I used Anderson for my wedding bouquets and boutonnieres and I loved them! I worked with Stephanie and she was excellent at explaining to me what I was going to be getting for my money's worth and helped me work within a reasonable budget. I spent a little bit more than what I wanted to originally, but I'm really glad that I did. I left Stephanie in charge of picking out the flowers after showing her some of the bouquet colors I liked on Pinterest and she did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend using Anderson for any event needing floral arrangements!!
Ordered a FTD arrangement on line. Ordering was easy. Florist calls back to say they can't quite fulfill the flower arrangement as they have not received their stock shipment. I'm thinking ok, no big deal They asked to provide substitutes which I agreed too not knowing what I was getting. Arrangement was sent out and delivered. Arrangement was not even close to what I ordered, it was like night and day in my opinion. I actually feel I did not get what I paid for. Buyer beware when ordering online....
Very disappointed! Recieved an arraingment with just carnations and daisies no feature flower. Very expensive and very small. They forgot the card that is actually just a printed piece of paper. Absolutely will not order again. Not to mention ordering 4 hours prior and had to wait 30 minutes in checkout!
Ordered online, very easy process. There was a problem with the order so they proceeded to call the wrong number...the number of the person who the flowers were a surprise for. Ruined the surprise and staff were unprofessional, rude and unapologetic. I will bring my business elsewhere from now on.
Got flowets for Valentine's day..they were in rpugh shape when they delivered them..I called very disappointed and Anderson said to come in the following Monday & they would replace the enitre flower arrangement for me..And they did...My new flowers were Gorgeous and lastest 2 whole weeks. I highly recommend anyone to go in and see them. Great service. Very Very satisfied
Very easy transaction, and easy to deal with. The arrangement was as advertised but, with one exception. The wrong colored vase was used. The orange vase would have made it perfect! Very fast delivery.
Beautiful flowers. They were able to make a great boutonniere the day before prom with very little notice.
