The doctors here are amazing. I am extremely thankful someone new took over the old awful practice. Dr Molar should have been closed years ago. I stopped going because of his terrible dentistry. Andie family and the new staff really seem to care about my dental needs. I feel bad for the past patients with balances from the old clinic and never were informed but the new staff seem to know the business a lot better and do it legally unlike before. They have many doctors with different areas of speciality and everyone I have seen is terrific. The front office is very nice and seem to have a cultural balance in the office to fit the community needs. I like the fact that if the doctor has time he will even take emergency walk ins. This team really cares about each and every patient. They also take both my insurances which was a bonus!! Thank you Andie Family Dentistry for being my forever dentist!!

Very disorganized! My son and I made our appt 6 months in advance, after calling to confirm 2 days prior I was told that only ONE of us was scheduled-they have no extra slots. Ok fine! I will still come. Then I get a call the day of stating "could we come early" there room from 2-4pm...HUH ok when we arrive the doors are locked and the office is closed. FRUSTRATING! I miss the old Dr. Molar staff this staff needs more training, who got them in the divorce.

I am not impressed. They want and ask their patients to pre-pay for they work they will do. On three separate occasions, I did pre-pay, then was told they did not have the time to do the work I had already paid for. I was then told I could make yet another appointment, and they would apply what I already paid for in the next visit. Very unprofessional. The doctor spent more time arguing why she could not do the work, then the time it would have taken to do the work needed in the first place. Three strikes, and your out. I will not be returning for a fourth appointment.

If 0 stars were able to be given that’s exactly what I would rate this place. When this place was Dr. Molar Family Dentistry it was an amazing place however since Dr. Nguyen had to leave the practice and it was taken over by these people the place has really gone down hill. They never answer the phone or respond to messages. They are not attentive to the patients and they overcharge for dental work. 0 stars, highly do not recommend.

I’ve had many many issues with billing at this office. Every time I come I have to wait up to 30 mins for them to figure out the billing, it’s absolutely ridiculous. They are unorganized and you cannot take anyone’s word for what they say. Double, triple check everything your told. They have failed to submit claims to my insurance and I’ve been left with balances I was completely unaware of. I’ve come to the office during their posted office hours and the doors are locked, everyone gone. I won’t be returning after this last visit.

I was looking for a new dentist after my last one left me in fear. My first visit was very pleasant and personable. I had to go in for a second visit to fix some cavities. The Mr and Mrs were so kind, gentle and fun loving. I actually look forward to my next annual visit. Best experience by far!!

This place is horrible. Dr. Molar would’ve never run his practice as such. This place used to be 5 star. The new practice don’t compare. Their Racist, Rude and plan nasty. The receptionist is illiterate. The owner is out right ridiculously nasty. Close this trailer trash place down and go practice where the KKK’s live. I wouldn’t take an animal to this place.

This office shows sincere care for the patient in my experience. I have never had a group collectively care for me like they did. Can’t wait to see them again especially doctor p. And his wife Mary.

This place used to be run by a 5 star dentist. Unfortunately that has changed. Offering unnecessary treatment is unexaccable!

Business is closed and nobody called me to inform me!! Have a discount program with them there business is closed and they are still changing my account monthly!!!
