First Place Dentistry

I grew up going to the same amazing, friendly dentist for 10+ years & then I moved to Milwaukee about a year ago and came to this dentist for the first time in August. I was very early in a pregnancy at the time and wasn't able to get an Xray so they had me sign a form saying I waived the Xray and we continued on. I came back a couple of weeks ago in April for another cleaning and due to the same circumstance, I requested to not get an Xray per my OB. The female dentist came in and blatantly called me a liar and told me that I was "no longer welcome to come and get cleanings anymore" because she cant do an Xray that day. I wish I was lying like she accused me of, but I left the office in tears because I didn't have the blessing of still being pregnant when I came to see them again as we lost the first baby. I never would have expected this treatment from anyone, let alone a full female staff. My fiancé and I will never be back, and anyone on the "not so perfect" pregnancy journey should avoid.

I was referred to this dental clinic and I am very pleased with all the services that I have received. My dentist is very thorough, considerate and attentive in all of my dental visits. I feel comfortable and I trust her recommendations. My dental hygienist, Jill, rocks! She is also thorough and mindful, if she sees I get anxious. The one-on-one attention during my visits are pleasant and different from previous dental visits elsewhere. In the past, my dentist was overbooked and rushing to the next patient. That is not the case here. I highly recommend First Place Dentistry for dental services.

Excellent team here at First place dentitistry. I have been coming here for 2 years and and the hygienest and dentist are always great to work with. Appointments are fast and they have plenty of after regular work hours slots for busy people. I have been to many other dentists in Milwaukee but I stuck with the team here since they are the best.

I have no complaints about going to the dentist at First Place Dentistry. There is a lot of attention paid to cleanliness and sterilizing everything. All people wear masks. The people are considerate and kind. When I have a problem with my bill the receptionist is very good at helping me solve the problem to both our satisfaction. The assistant is very kind to converse with me to help me feel calm. Dr. Stoycheva is gentle and up to date on the new things coming to dentistry. The technician who cleans my teeth is very good at instructing me about details I should pay attention to in my mouth and how to take better care of these problem areas. She is just another very kind lady in the business. I would recommend this dental business to anyone.

Hands down, the best experience with a dental office I've ever experienced. I've been seeing Dr. Roumiana Stoycheva and her team for many years, and I've grown to expect such a high level of service and personalized care, that I never plan to go elsewhere. I had a traumatic dental experience when I was young, so even minor work is very stressful for me. I just can't say enough about this facility and the staff... oh, and it's BEAUTIFULLY and tastefully designed/decorated, in an excellent location some chairs overlook the river! Try First Place Dentistry, you won't be disappointed!

Loved it!! Very professional and knowledgeable staff, great location. I loved how thorough and personable Dr. Stoycheva was. I work in sports television and have a very demanding schedule. First Place was able to fit me in when I was available and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. My teeth look great - they feel great! I needed a lot of dental work and I knew that walking into First Place Dentistry. Dr Stoycheva and her staff were kind, professional and really helped me through the process of having upper and lower porcelain crowns placed. They made sure I was comfortable and really did a great job. My teeth look beautiful which gives me confidence and my mouth is healthy most importantly. Any issues that arose i needed an unplanned root canal and they were there for me to take care of it. Highly recommend!!

First Place is great! Their staff is always very friendly and respectful to my wariness of the dentist. Dr. Stoycheva is very knowledgeable and works quickly on those pesky cavities! Very accommodating if I need to reschedule. I recommend First Place Dentistry to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I've been going to First Place Dentistry for 8 years now and I'll tell you they are a class act. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Stoycheva is very professional and a likable person. From routine cleanings to more involved dental procedures, I've been treated extremely well and very pleased with my results. I recently had a chipped tooth that needed to be addressed. I called up and Grace practice admin was able to get me in the same day with an amazing repair. Thanks again to the team!

Dr. Stoycheva is INCREDIBLE, KNOWLEDGEABLE and EFFICIENT/PRECISE!!! SERVICE IS IMPRESSIVE AND TOP NOTCH!!! You will never find as good of a dentist, technically as GREAT of a dentist as First Place Dentistry, Dr. Stoycheva. I highly recommend to everyone. Also, this is one of the most modern, cleanest dental office! Only the best and latest technology. Incredible staff and atmosphere.
