I called about a lighting issue we were having. I was told they would "be out middle of next week" They never bothered to call us back, its been 2 weeks now. I called another electrical company and they took care of our issue that day. If you actually need things taken care of don't call Andy's Electric clearly they don't need the business.
Have had them out to do 2 separate projects. Both times they did a great job, were able to work with our schedule and the cost was reasonable. We will continue to call Andy for future projects.
I have been using Andy's for many years for a number of different projects. Don has always been most helpful and prompt. Always willing to find the best solution for the problem at hand.
Poor customer service. They came out to look at the project and said will send an estimate. Never received one so I called. They could not find my information.
Awesome to work with...take their time to figure what you want.
Great work by the electricians, honest owner who is incredible to work with.
