Bill did OUTSTANDING work on my home. I had several misc projects from installing chandelier, recess lighting, smoke detectors & outdoor lights/cameras! He was prompt in his communication & very thorough in his work! He explained options to me & also made some minor fixes to my electrical that could have caused problems in the future! HIGHLY recommend this company & they are VETERAN owned!
We had Bill out to solve a problem with some of our outlets. He solved the issue quickly and fixed everything. He didn’t try to upsell me on anything that didn’t need to be done. He did point out a few things that we should consider fixing, and we will definitely have him back out when the time comes.
We had to have our air conditioner replaced recently and Hannay Electric did the new wiring for the unit. My husband was going to run the electrical himself but recently got a new job and did not have the time. He was extremely impressed with the workmanship of Hannay. Bill and his employee installed my very heavy double oven at a very reasonable price. He also helped me out when I had an issue with my sub-panel in the garage. He does excellent work at a fair price. I will continue to use his company for any further electrical work I need.Services: Installation
My experience with Hannay Electric is one of gratitude. I can’t thank them enough for what they did for my family and I. Let me explain. My wife and I recently bought our first house, something that we have been working very hard for, for a long time. Myself being a Marine, was lucky enough to be able to use a VA Home Loan to help purchase our house. This was all the way down in Cannon Falls closer to my work. The VA went in and did an inspection of the house and signed off on it. Then we paid out of our own pocket to have an inspection done just to make sure we knew everything we could about the place before we signed the final paper work. Everything came back fine, minus the few odds and ends here and there...or so we thought. As soon as we moved into the house things instantly started going wrong and the electrical in the house to us, looked like the things of nightmares. Exposed wiring, amateur wiring, open electrical boxes in places that almost 2 year old son can reach. Multiple breaker panels in the basement, nothing labeled with wires going everywhere. A complete mess and safety hazard. That’s where Hannay Electric stepped in. They heard about our situation, came in FREE OF CHARGE and fixed it. Replaced the multiple breaker boxes in the basement with 1 proper panel. Cleaned up and removed all the amateur wiring, fixed the electrical open junction boxes and even went as far as to notice improper wiring on our AC Unit and just fixed it. Replaced electric outlets and much more. They Spent all day helping us, just because they could. For a company to show that kind of compassion for someone they have never met, really tells you about the kind of company, and the kind of people they are. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did for my family and I. They are amazing, and I will gladly do business with them in the future and you should too. You can’t go wrong with a company that shows that much compassion for people and for what they do. I've posted a just a couple pictures of the before and after so that everyone can see just a small portion of what they did for us. Thank You Hannay Electric!
