place is small, clean and machines run efficiently. attendant is friendly. prices are reasonable.

Dryers doesn't work good put in $3.00 for a small load and still was not dry. Facility washers, floor are dirty, the attendant  stayed on the phone never asked if I needed anything. Clothes left in dryers for who knows how long. Wish I would have looked up a different laundromat. Wish NO STARS WERE POSSIBLE!

I did the drop off service and the clothes came out great and ready at the promised time. I even had a water logged load of clothes due to my washer quitting. They kept that seperate and weighed it after it was clean and dry. Clean and friendly. Highly recommend.

First time visiting this laundromat, and I will be back. Machines are older, but worked well for me, and there are plenty of them despite the place being a little small. Everything was clean and tidy, and seemed well maintained. Prices were very fair.  The attendant, who I believe is the owner, was extremely friendly and helpful. The patrons who were there on a Saturday afternoon were also very nice and considerate given the coziness of the building, and the way they were chatting with the attendant, it seems that they were long time regulars, which is always nice to see at a small business.  Parking is also readily available, even with the shopping plaza being pretty crowded when I went.  Overall, a very good experience.

First time at this location after not liking the others I've been too due to my pants being stolen out of the dryer while going next door to the store and being located in sketch areas. The owner Mai is so sweet. I didn't know how to use the machines and was embarrassed to ask. But she offered to help me get the machines started as it can be confusing the first time. Thank god because I was just thinking that. I had ran out of soap on the last two machines and told her I'd have to come back next time because I was out of soap. She went and got soap for the last two of my machines without hesitation and said don't worry about it. Which is so sweet of her, that's what I call customer service. At the end she offered to carry my things to the car. I couldn't let a nice lady carry my mountainous stacks of clothes bigger than her. But it was the thought that counts. I read the reviews prior coming here and for the two people who rated this place 3 stars or lower. They don't know what they are talking about. Great family owned business with great customer service. I'm sure this place is what my parents meant when they would talk about family businesses back in the day being the best service you can get. Not like today where you're just a dollar sign.

I'm using them for a few months during a home remodel. Place is always clean and tidy. Bathroom is always clean. Washers and dryers work nicely. I like that there is always a friendly attendant there!

Love this place great service owners always go above and beyond they also do clothes repairs and alterations very honest reasonably priced for all services

Nice place with good employees, fair pricing. The only drawback, in my opinion, is that the pet store down the way does all their poopy pet laundry there and even though the employees clean out the machines after each use and sprayed Lysol everywhere to combat the smell, it's kinda gross. It's only momentary and is cleaned up afterwards so I gave them 4 stars. And honestly, if you were to go any time the pet store people aren't there you would have no idea because they clean everything up so well after them.

Took two pairs of true religion jeans to get hemmed for $20 including tax. Came in Monday and they had them ready by Saturday.  Definitely worth the wait considering the price and quality.
