Every time i come to Andy’s pet grooming, I receive the best possible customer service. Simon makes sure that my little maltipoo is shown some love and groomed properly. I’ve had some issues at other grooming places before where sanitation, pet handling and customer service was not up to standard. After making the switch to Andy’s, I’ve seen a noticeable difference in my dogs attitude and his ease going into the facility. Not to mention; when my pup goes in for a haircut, they do an expert job based off his breed and face/body shape. Rest assured, the next time you get your grooming done here, your pup will be in a safe, clean and friendly environment.

AMAZING! I called over the phone to book, and was able to get the same day. From the moment I walked in, the owner Anahit greeted me and my dog with absolute care and love. She was knowledgeable and thorough in making sure she understood exactly what I wanted to achieve with my Golden Retriever. She knew the right type of haircut to give him to clean him up, clean out some of the matting behind his ears, clean into his actual ears, clean up his paws, and get him looking as fresh as possible! l've had some bad haircuts with him before so I was a little nervous, but he came out looking SO GOOD! He smelled amazing, his fur was so soft, the haircut looked perfect. My Nick had some separation anxiety, and they let him play around in a supervised area after the haircut to relax. When I picked him up, I could see how visibly happy and comfortable he was at this groomer. Thank you so much!!!!!
Workers were super helpful! Cut my frenchie's nails on labor day when there was a miscommunication, super cool. Gave me advice on cutting his nails and asked me to come back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Paid $90 for grooming services with tip bc I’m not a monster and my dog looks like I cut her fur myself. I sent them the last 2 photos for reference of what I wanted. The first 2 photos are the haircut I got. That was after getting her back and asking for them to trim the sides of her face and her snout a little more she was originally returned to me with a classic teddy bear cut, which is not what I wanted. I will not be returning here. Spent way more money on this cut than I wanted to and I am not happy with the results.
Andy's Pet Grooming in Sherman Oaks is by far the best groomers I have taken my dogs to. My dog lola shakes the entire time she is being groomed and my other dog, Daisy, tends to try to bite the groomer. Therefore, both of my doggies are difficult to groom. I was little bit hesitant of taking my dogs here because we've never been to this groomer before and I was concerned how my dogs would be treated. My dog Daisy has a few of those benign growths around her body and Lola has one on her head. They are both 14 years old. The last groomer I took Daisy to told me Daisy was screaming the entire time. Once I picked up Daisy, I noticed a lot of those growths had been cut and there was blood. Therefore, that groomer was shaving Daisy and not realizing she was also cutting her. When I arrived to Andy's Pet Grooming store I did explain that both my gir have those growths on their body, Lola shakes the entire time and Daisy does tend to bite. Therefore, they are both difficult to groom. The nice lady at the front desk was very attentive and did not dismiss my concerns. I was surprised after only an hour and a hallf, I received a call from Andy's grooming letting me know my girls were done, elsewhere my girls have taken over 4 hours to be groomed. When I went to pick them up, both my girls were brought out and they looked so lovely. Daisy looked nice and fluffy; not shaved all the way down and did not look like a wet rat with cuts on her body, as she would look after being taken to other groomers. Lola looked adorable too! Both of their coats were soft, my girls were happy and did not look scared. Most importantly Daisy did not have cuts all over her body. I highly recommend Andy's Pet Grooming. They also have great grooming and bath packages to choose from. Thank you Andy for taking such great care of my little fur babies. I will definitely come to you more often.
A friendly family run business. They have a great staff and do everything right. I can always get an appointment and most importantly my Odie leaves happy and handsome. Thank you guys.
Theo and Olivia love going to Andy’s to be groomed!! These little guys are Covid babies who are anti social due to locked down. Andy’s grooming team does an amazing job. These cuties get their hair cut, nails filed and teeth cleaned. They got great package deals with big savings and great staff!!
If you're going around trying to find some place that grooms cats your prayers have been answered they groom cats. My baby just turned one year old and had her first grooming and they made sure it was a good experience for her it was a little uneven but not that much to complain about. They did forget to shave the bottom of her paw pads so I had to come back the next day so they can do it,good thing is they didn't charge me. They did a good job grooming her now I'm finally glad I found a place to now have her normal grooming
