Awesome place to rent from. I got the Jr bounce house for my 3year old Birthday party and the kids had a ball. The staff is really nice and welcoming . This was my second time in one month renting from them and each time was the best. Thanks Debbie, Kathy and staff !
Had a great experience. I rented a saw and needed it more than the half day I rented it for. Then they closed early on Saturday and I had the saw all of Sunday. I called in on Saturday to leave a voicemail and because of that they only charged me for a full day rental. Fair deal! Good saw!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had rented equipment for chipping tree limbs. I had a problem with a chipper shutting down, and not restarting. They dispatched a tech to come out and checked it out immediately, and we were promptly given another unit,so we could continue our project without a lengthy delay. One of my neighbors just asked about the place where I had rented the chipper, and I was glad to recommend this company!
I was very pleased with this place and had no problems with what I rented. Will go back in the future.
First they ANGO messed up my reservation for a bob cat. Second they didn't give me the bucket only the breaker on the Bob cat so I had to take the Bob cat back over night the kept it to put bucket on. I picked up bobcat with bucket next day when it was ready and they still charged me for the time they had it in there possession. Then there trailer breaks were shorting out. The owner oppologized to me and said he would take care of me.whatever that means. Then I went in and he said he doesn't remember our conversation and I still got stuck with large bill.
They were wonderful. We had a huge oak tree come down and we wanted to keep some of the wood for ours selves. I rented a log splitter and chainsaw. Drew was very helpful in showing me how to work the 27 ton splitter and Joey and Jennifer were great helping me schedule the pickup and drop off I don't have a truck so they worked with me on the most economical way to get it home and back. I would recommend them to anyone.
Rented a excavator from them. Younger gentleman behind counter, double checked that the trailer was hooked properly. I rented it on Saturday. I completely forgot to fill it back up with fuel. They were nice and let me come back Monday morning to fill up the unit! I’ll be back next time I need to borrow.
I used Ango Kernan Rentals & Sales for all my tables and chairs for our wedding. We were having a barn style wedding and our venue did not have banquet tables. The employees were very helpful and accommodated our large wedding size. The tables and chairs were delivered to the venue and picked up, it was very helpful since there was so much to do. There is an additional location on the Illinois side as well. Check them out they have everything you need for party rentals.
We needed a moving truck and decided to rent from Budget rather than UHaul since it was slightly cheaper per mile. This place was the closest Budget truck rental to our old apartment so we we rented a 16' truck from them. Right when we get there, they tell us that they don't even have a 16' truck, only a 12' truck that we can rent for the exact same price as the 16' truck it would have been great to know that ahead of time before the day of moving. The guy did work with us and gave us 15 free miles, but that didn't really make it any cheaper since with the smaller truck we had to make more trips than we would have had to with the 16 foot truck. On top of that, my boyfriend left his parking pass inside of the rental truck on accident, so the next weekday morning he calls them and asks them to grab it for him, and he says he will pick it up after work. They call him back and tell him that they couldn't find it, and my boyfriend says he knows it is in there, so they say they will look again. Once my boyfriend arrives after work, he goes and looks inside the rental truck we used since it was right by where he parked his car and he sees the parking pass on the dashboard. He goes inside the office and talks to the lady at the desk and she says they still couldn't find the parking pass! Obviously the people here do not care very much about their customers and are only interested in getting their money. If you need a moving truck, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
Rode shuttle for transport to another area business. Several riders politely requested the driver wear his mask all riders were masked. Driver refused and then yelled and swore at them as well as threatening to kick them off the shuttle over 1/2 mile from the drop off point. Driver said he was an owner of the business and so he could do whatever he wanted. Horrible customer service and a lack of basic manners.
