To accomplish our mission, our highly trained and professional staff use state of the art equipment and technology in our clean and modern facility. We strive to answer all of your questions and concerns and will be happy to provide you with an estimate for all recommended procedures. We have both Spanish and Korean speaking staff for your convenience.

Good service, every time went I call they give me fast my appointment and actually when I get there, they take me right away to the room because my dog is a little aggressive. Nurse and doctors they are very professional very sweet with my animals. I recommended 100%.
My chihuahua doesn’t like anybody and he bites but the Dr’s and Vet Techs AND front desk team welcome him in and compassionately endure his behavior and render exceptional care - I’m very satisfied and before I lost my cats they also were treated well and I never felt I over paid for services rendered.
We have seen three different vets here and every single one of them has been so kind and patient. They take the time to explain everything and answer questions. Our rescue has permanent neurological damage from a virus she had as a puppy, which we knew when we adopted her. The first vet we tried had zero understanding of this, raised wild and very scary alarms, and the whole experience was extremely upsetting and unhelpful. But Animal General totally saved us. They completely understood her history shout out Dr. Dimas, taught us more about it, gave us some goals for her overall health, and helped us hit them. Our girl is doing great thanks to this team, including our most recent visit with Dr. Lang. Everyone from the front desk to the techs are wonderful. Thank you!
Both Dr Dima and Dr Lang have taken care of my cats, and they have both been very caring and thorough with their exams. They’ve made sure to ask my permission before doing anything that would incur additional costs. I feel that my cats are in great hands with the staff at Animal General.
I have been only coming to this vet since I had my dog as a puppy . Staff is friendly and caring. I like this location because it’s near my home, and they have a big parking lot. Prices are decent. I’ve had to take my dog to the emergency vet, and that was way more expensive. My dog also feels comfortable here at Animal General.
Animal General is the veterinary clinic I used for many years for all of my pets. I find their prices to be fair. They are always upfront about all charges and clearly explain all procedures and medications they prescribe. They never push for any unnecessary procedures. I find the doctors and the staff to be knowledgeable, helpful and have a strong sense of ethics. They empathize with both, their patients and the parents owners. I could not end the review without special mention of Dr. No. All of my pets both a cat and dogs lived a long, healthy and happy lives. I think I could not achieve it without the help of the doctors and the staff of the Animal General.
Best vets in area Update- my vet is no longer there, most of the staff is new. Prices went up but seems like level of care went down. My friends were just recently there and didn’t have a great experience. The vet was pushing surgery and a lot more medications than what was actually needed. I probably won’t be returning.
I have been coming to Animal General for over 8 years and they are the very best around. Excellent front desk staff, clean office, no longer that a 5 minute wait if you have to wait most of the time they are right on schedule. Dr. Tierney is a compassionate and very thorough doctor. If your pet has a very serious condition that Animal General does not feel comfortable treating they have no problem referring you to a specialist. Their prices are the same as other vets. I am very very happy and confident that my dog is getting the best of care.
Update: After writing this post, I got in touch with Animal General, and they STILL told me that they couldn’t take me as a client!!!! Then why did they write me and tell me to give them a call??? I don’t get it! They said they don’t have enough vets right now. Please tell me who responds to these reviews so I can call YOU and get an appointment. This is ridiculous! Why even bother having your information out If you’re not taking new clients? I’ve been calling for the past four years and I’m being told that there aren’t enough vets. I understand all that, but then why market yourselves? I’ve been wanting to take all my pets there for quite some time, and I’ve asked to be put on a waiting list, but this is ridiculous. this is not a great way to have your business thrive, but I guess you don’t need more business because you have enough.
Dr Dima is amazing! He’s so friendly and smart. He gave some great recommendations for my pug with chronic allergies. He took the time to explain his condition, treatment and steps to get to the root cause of his allergies. He was so friendly and gentle with my pug. Highly recommend!
