Kim, the owner that works every week day, is too wonderful for any adjective to describe her properly. She is very knowledgeable and will provide you as much detail as you are interested in absorbing. Excellent selection of all natural products with the sage advice to ensure you make the best decision for your best friend. She might even spoil your dog if you bring them with you! I was apprehensive about switching to a raw diet even after hours of online research, but Kim was able to put my mind at ease within a couple minutes of talking. She made the switch incredibly easy on me and my dog. It’s not often you find someone this passionate about their work, but you can feel it with Kim. I would, and already have, highly recommend any pet parent to go and check out the store and talk to Kim!

Kim was amazing at introducing us to a raw diet. Very explanatory and knowledgeable. She has been readily available to answer all questions when I call. We are on day 3 of raw feeding so far so Great!!! **update 1 week on raw my dog is thriving and having amazing potty for thr 1st time since I have had her. Shes 7months old and loving her new diet

I'm not a real pet person but my wife and daughters are. i'm also a person who thinks this all natural pet food stuff is all hype or at least mostly hype.. However, I have seen them rescue animals that were not in the best of health and turn them into healthy and thriving cats and dogs on this healthy all natural raw pet food. Recently we adopted a puppy that we are raising on pet food exclusively from this store and she is turning into the healthiest dog with the best looking coat you'll see on an animal. To be honest, because of this store and my wife and daughters, I've come to really see the benefits of healthy and all natural pet food. Recently, I've stopped here on my own just to pick up some dog treats and watched the owner interact with customers and realized how passionate she is about pets and what she does. Coming from a former non-believer...I'm really impressed at the products, the results, and the store owner and workers themselves. Definitely worthy of all the 5 stars they get.

Their deep knowledge and understanding of animals, combined with their outstanding ethics and integrity, make this the premier pet store on the Treasure Coast. As a previous poster stated, no one will care more about your pet - but more importantly, they care about you and your pet's relationship with each other and your pet's relationship with his/her community. Kim is an outstanding instructor with an innate ability to teach you how to relate to your pet; her extensive background working in the wild translates very well to understanding domesticated animal behavior. I have been feeding raw for 19 years now and i have a 18 year old chocolate lab, and all my fur babies have lived years past what most dogs and cats live, with very little vet care because it is truly best for your fur babies.

I will give 10 stars if I can. Kim is an amazing person and super helpful. We have a 2 year old 110 lbs chocolate Labrador who was struggling with some environmental allergies and what not since he was 8 weeks. He was on medication until April 2018 until we moved to Jupiter and found this amazing place. As per greatest vets in the SoFlo, he would have to be on medication for his entire life which we refused to accept. Long story short, Kim helped us take him off all medications with natural diet and as of today December 2018, he is one happy puppy, a furrrrr ball of love. He has not been on any kind of medication since April 2018 and is doing great. Thank you Kim for your incredible guidance and support!

Wonderful and friendly place. Puppy training class really well done. Our dog loves their treats. Customer service spot on too, They accidentally overcharged my wife in her previous visit and then saved a reminder note on the counter until we came back to make sure to reimburse or give her the treats. All around a great business.

We start BellaMia diet almost 6 months ago. She is better now , only when the season change with the rains and umidity she is again with rash . But is nothing to link with foods. Kim and Ricky are so nice couples and they answer all my question. They dedicate their time for the pets,and owners.
