Anne Arundel Community College (AACC) is a public, comprehensive community-engaged institution of higher education. Founded in 1961 and fully accredited since 1968, it is one of the oldest and largest of the 16 community colleges in Maryland.

AACC also offers noncredit continuing professional education certificates leading to industry-recognized certifications. In addition, the college offers extension lifelong learning opportunities and noncredit continuing education courses to those seeking career training or retraining, adult basic skills or new areas of interest.
