when I first met Anne, she told me that she could redo my taxes and get me approx $10-12k back, which sounded great, and is a great way to get new clients. After she got my business and started charging me monthly over the next year, my total charges were over $20k, which is outrageous! When she finally got to redoing my taxes that I was supposed to get all this money back, she tells me that I actually had to pay an extra $10k. She lied, was dishonest to get my business with a false sense of hope. If you want an accountant that will charge you for every minute you talk with her and like being charged over the top prices, Anne is the accountant for you. The time I spent with her was the worse experience I have ever had with an accountant, and I have had a few. And make sure you do not do her tax planning at the end of the year which will cost you around $1,000, and on top of that she will get her estimates wrong every time. It is a waste of money. I would advise anyone to never use Anne and if you are, go somewhere else, life will be much better, you will save on money on taxes and your tax bill will be cut by 70-80%. Definitely not 5 star service!
