I wish pumpkin season never ended - ever. Fall, for me, is a season full of wonder. We conjure thoughts of farmers harvesting their crops, hear the sound of leaves swirling in the crisp autumn air. Nearly EVERYTHING smells so good. A lucid image appears in my mind’s eye of our pal Linus (yes, from Charlie Brown) sitting in the pumpkin patch famously (or infamously) awaiting the arrival of The Great Pumpkin.
