Description

The Anoka Post Office is a post office building in Anoka, Minnesota, United States, designed by prolific architect James Knox Taylor. It is built in the Georgian Revival style and includes features such as its rectangular plan, a brick exterior, symmetrical facades, a hipped roof, and a dentillated cornice. The doorway has a central pediment, and is set in the middle of three arched openings topped with keystones.The building is currently used as a retail store.

My friend has been working here a few years now. she got converted to ptf status earlier this year but the post master made a mistake which costed her hundreds of dollars. So she lucked out. she says its a nice area to work, but the management needs to be restructured. This is wrong what happened to her.
Absolute garbage. We get a different driver every week. Half don't even pick up the outgoing mail unless I run out and make them take it. PLEASE Ramsey, get a post office!
I paid $75.50 for Priority Mail Express International. They advertise that it takes between 2-5 days. It has been 8 days and still no package, no refund, no help. All I heard was "Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do." like 5 times.

Amazing staff, however the mail lady that delivers my mail Stacey is unprofessional and rude. She yelled at my 14yr old son bcz he was waiting for her to fill the mailboxes.

Terrible customer service, unreliable deliveries. Use other services when possible
They lost my package and insisted that the driver delivered it. Didn’t try to fix it or apologize, asked if I checked the neighbors houses. This is the second time this has happened. We are not hidden or hard to find at all. Also, she marked that per customer request it was to be picked up, so I wasted gas money driving down to the post office, where they said, “yeah that was an accident that she hit that button.. but she did deliver it.” Not helpful at all and didn’t seem to care.
This post office held onto my package for 6 days. The tracking said it was there and they were rude and flippant about it when I physically went in there to ask about it. It was there and they refused to look for it. It was a time sensitive package and they denied having it. Worst service ever, didn't even care. They really lived up to the stereotype of a miserable postal worker.
I tried calling this post office 8 times with no answer or a rejected call after a couple rings. What kind of post office is this? I have live animals in transit and I need to know where they are being delivered, since we were told they would be left at the post office to collect - but tracking shows that they departed from this facility early this morning 6:10am and will be delivered at 3:45pm this afternoon. I'm thoroughly displeased with this post office and the lack of customer service. If you call the number listed on the web, it isn't Anoka Post Office, it a general customer service line. THAT lady was very nice, helpful and gave me the number for this location to call them directly - she recognized that the birds shouldn't be bouncing around in a vehicle for hours before they are due to arrive, when they were supposed to be left there for customer pick up. I hope the birds arrive unharmed. Anoka P.O. - answer your telephone!
