Good news is they’re able to administer the depo shot for really cheap! Reason for two stars Bad news is, any other kind of appointment is apparently 140$. I remember minute clinics opening with the intention of being a good alternative to urgent care for lower cost since some people don’t have insurance. It used to be 40-80$ to be seen. My appointment and strep tests alone came out to over 200$. Doctor was nice but still couldn’t tell me what was wrong since the test was negative. Offered allergy meds when I have a fever.
The medical assistant who took my son in to get his information was incredibly slow. The doctor ended up taking the person who came in after us. So we ended up having to wait even longer to see the doctor... an extra 30 min... it was just ridiculous. The doctor should have taken my son back and finished his intake and the nurse could have started the process with the person that came in behind us. I highly do not recommend.
Don't believe the hours that are posted!!! They actually stop accepting patients before 5 when they say they close at 5:30. Don't bother to drag your poor sick kid out for a strep test, because you'll probably get turned away if you're anywhere close to closing, or lunch time. Good luck if you try it! Apparently it's "out of their control" and they are unable to post it on their website. I even tried calling first but only get an automated message about bills of course or hours with no real person answering. I suggest they join the modern world and post their wait times!!
They use an external lab for lab tests called Quest Diagnostics and I get a bill once a month asking I pay them. Nope sorry I can go buy a 4 pack of pee sticks that will tell me I have a UTI FOR 12$ over the counter. Why is your external lab costing 90.00$. I refuse to pay or go to minute clinic again. I never experienced this before.
Terrible organization. Got there 15 min before my appointment like asked still didn’t see dr 50 min after. Staff is unclear who’s next, or who’s checked in first etc
Not good lately. Faster to get an appointment at a regular clinic. Had to wait more than an hour past my appointment.

Friendly service and very professional. Go there when we are sick.
