Another Closet Self Storage Kerrville

No complaints here! Awesome service…awesome units! Early access 6am…late access 10pm!!! Ohh and the sensor lights in the units just knocks it outta the park! Call service was nothing less than great! 5 + stars from me…if only I could double the stars I would! Nothing less than extremely satisfied!!!

Quick. Easy. Accessible. Great terms. We just need more climate controlled units in Kerrville!

One of the best storage facilities I’ve used and I’ve rented at many prior to. Been a customer since they opened up here in town and I have zero complaints thus far. Property is extremely well kept and maintained- from the units to the office. The manager Ashley and her employees have always been kind, helpful and honest. Would recommended them 10/10 to anyone looking for a reliable/safe place to keep their valuables and of course, receive great customer service!

Really bad business experience - beware. Their automated answering service claims, "Next level in self-storage. No Contact Leasing Process." I reserved a unit this morning, using their option of NO CONTACT Leasing, received confirmation and then later received phone call from site manager that she cancelled my reservation to give to someone else, and she was too busy to talk to me about it. SO MUCH FOR THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE promise or NO CONTACT leasing. I suppose the onsite "option" gets to change the rules. No integrity, definitely can't rely on their "system".

Office personnel were helpful and friendly. Signing up for a storage unit sounded and looked complicated and I didn't understand the message that it "could not be submitted online, please call the office" but it turned out to be helpful with a live person to finish the sign-up so I overlook the 'error' message as a prompt rather than a problem. Otherwise, supposed to start my rental today. I will check out my unit in a little while.

Although the facility itself is pretty nice, don’t expect to be able to contact the property manager, even during normal business hours. I have left messages several times to receive a call back and never get one. They are always “out to lunch”.

After moving out the 4th and finishing the 5th, I called to see if I could get some of my rent I had just paid on the 1st. We had rented the storage for a year. We left the unit clean and I had called and left a message at the office because it was the weekend that we had moved. They did not call me back. I called then back on the 7th to find out that I would not be getting any of my rent back that I had paid for the month. She told me they do not prorate rent. I paid a full month rent for only being till the 5th. The storage was left clean and now they can rent it again and get another full month rent from someone else? This is just not right!

We moved from Phoenix to Kerrville and were looking for a storage unit. I looked at several companies but had friends recommend this place. I am glad we chose it. It is a newer facility with owners who were extremely nice and helpful. We were even able to drop off our U-Haul here. I am leaving this as I am about to rent another unit to clear up some space. These guys are great!

Very nice and clean facility. The 2 young Ladies up front were very professional and friendly. We're impressed with the layout and the ease of use. We're happy to have our things there. Thank you again. Hank Yeager

Went into Office in Kerrville and receptionist was a pleasure to work with. She helped me add an additional storage unit to our existing account. She made it very easy and quick!!!!!
