I was renting 2 storage spots in the Schilling storage facility on junction hwy and gave verbal notice of ending the rental agreement at the end of march 2022. I was on an auto cc deduct and they ran my car again in April for both units and the AR lady Joann is saying she has no record of me giving notice although I had given her the same notice on a third unit that was refunded. Not Good Buisness Practice! Renters Be Ware!!!! Do Not Give Them your CC information!
Ken Schilling, owner is the best! And his maintenance man "JD" is friendly and helpful, he helped me get one of my toys started a couple years ago, good man also! Rich Grable
