Dr. Hadley has been in practice since 1997, 18 of which were in his own practice, Antelope Dental. He grew up in Arvada, Colorado and loves the mountains to this day. He enjoys mountain biking, being in the great outdoors, and watching sports. He attended Brigham Young University where he earned his BS in Zoology/Pre-Dental. After graduation he married his sweetheart, Stacey, and they have been married since 1992. Curtis attended Creighton School of Dentistry in Omaha, Nebraska. With his license in hand they set off for Utah to build a practice and raise a family near both of their extended families. Antelope Dental was established in 1998 the same year that his oldest son was born. 3 more children have joined their family since then. Antelope Dental continued to grow, thanks to the wonderful patients that came to our practice. Curtis' reputation of wonderful patient care has made him a respected figure in Syracuse and the surrounding areas. In 2017 Antelope Dental began a partnership with Summit Dental. The doors to the original office closed after 18 years and the practice moved to a beautiful new building in West Layton, just minutes from the old office location. Now he is joined by his partners, Dr. Scott Neil and Dr. Rachelle Neil, and associates, Dr. McAfee and Dr. Corbin. Antelope Dental, now under the name Summit Dental and Orthodontic continue to bring the community the patient care that they have come to expect for the last 18 years.
