06/27/23 Went in for an exam. Was told that they would contact me to schedule my next appointment for a filling.  I waited for 2 weeks and never received a call. So I called them. I was told that they will calculate the cost for  my next appointment and they will call me back. I waited for 2 days for a call back. Nothing. So I sent them an email  and asked for them to contact me to schedule that next appointment. They never responded. I let it be. It’s now been another 2 weeks later. Thanks for nothing.  If you’re the employer reading this review. Your employees will be the reason why you lose your practice. I see that my insurance claim shows an exam and cleaning. I’ve only received the exam and not the cleaning. Let’s find out how that dispute will go.

I’d give them -1 star if I could. Apparently they physician wanted to leave early so the manager tried moving my appointment up. I never got any calls or voicemail from them. I show up at the time of my original appointment and they told me I don’t have an appointment. I showed them the text I got and the time. They said I am too late and since I didn’t do my paperwork, they can’t see me. They never got my consent to cancel or move my appointment. I had taken time off for this appointment. On top of that front office staff is so rude. Stay away from these liars and find an office that value your time.

This place is a joke. Even 1 star is a lot. They cancel appointments all the time without confirmation or any form of communication. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I think all the 5 star reviews are because of Dr. Kaur who actually cared about her patients. This place didn’t even bother to tell me that she had left the practice. I took the day off of work for my appointment and drove all the way just to find out that she no longer works there.  Cancelling appointments without communication is their specialty. This has been an on-going issue based on other patients reviews.  Please don’t tell me to reach out because nothing is going to change at this office.

I was initially not happy with my lower denture. Then I was seen by Dr. Bennet about the lower denture and he made a little adjustment however it is still not fitting well. I would not recommend them as I cannot use the dentures to eat. . Still a little concerned about getting through on the phone, but I know now to press one when it gets to that part of their message. There billing is also an issue.

It had been years since I last was seen by a dentist so I was not sure what to expect! I was greeted by the front desk, Heather. She was very pleasant and thorough when answering my questions she also presented my treatment plan cost later. I then was taken back by Gabby who took my X-rays and photos. Dr. Bennett came in and explained everything! I had never had a dentist that has done that. He was very kind & definitely very knowledgeable. Everyone is so easy to talk to I honestly felt like I’ve known them for years! It was my first of many visits and I cannot wait to return.

Haven’t been to the dentist in a while so came here on a recommendation. At first glance, the office is very clean and comfortable. Heather greeted me at the front. Very friendly and personable. Im nervous at the dentist as most are and Lechelle was very good at making me feel at ease. Dr. Bennett was so warm and kind I didn’t feel nervous at all. Dr was upfront about treatments and costs which is nice, no surprises. I highly recommend this office if you’re not excited about the dentist!

My nephew was taken to see Dr. Bennet and left extremely upset. Nephew is 8 years old and was extremely nervous getting his tooth pulled for the first time. Nephew was informed of the procedure and how it works before hand so that he wasn’t surprised by everything. Doctor left the numbing cream on for less than two minutes and immediately approached my nephew with a needle in an unsettling manner. In no way was the doctor concerned about my nephews feelings what-so-ever. After this Dr. Bennet went into defense mode and explained that he could no longer work with my nephew because HE was unfit for the doctors ability. The motherhood of my sister was questioned during this experience as well and was not taken lightly. If you have children I do not recommend bringing them here as they will not be treated with sensitive care.

DENTAL CUSTOMERS, BEWARE!!! My recent experience with this dentist was horrific, and I highly do not recommend Dr. Timothy Bennett at the Walegra Dental Group, unless you seek to receive barbaric and neglectful dental treatment.  I contacted the dental office a few weeks ago regarding severe tooth pain. I got an emergency appointment, where it was determined I had an infected tooth and needed a root canal. But the root canal could not be scheduled until the following week because the dental group had no one in the office that could perform the root canal, which was odd, but I digress.  Unfortunately, my condition took a turn for the worse, and I became incapacitated with debilitating pain. I contacted Dr. Bennett, begging that I have the root canal performed immediately and be given something for the pain. The entire time, I repeatedly requested some pain reliever but was denied and told to take 800mg of ibuprofen and Tylenol, which did not help. Eventually, a dentist was found to perform the root canal at another office, but I still had to wait and suffer in pain for a couple of days.  I received an emergency root canal for the infected tooth while in excruciating pain. Unfortunately, my condition worsened, and I ended up in the emergency room, where I was treated for a blood infection that rapidly spread throughout my body. I spent over 24 hours at the hospital being treated with more potent antibiotics and pain relievers and given a CT scan to ensure the infection had not spread to my vital organs.  At no time did Dr. Bennett or any staff members follow up or show concern about my condition. So, when I was able, I called the dental office to cancel any future appointments and informed them that I would not be returning to their office ever again.  If it were an option, I'd give them a negative star rating.

Wow. What a great experience I had at Walerga Dental. I have recently had so many bad experiences trying to find a new dental office. Being told I needed things that I didn’t need for profit. I was told I needed a root canal. Quad cleaning and a filing. But when I was ready to actually do the work I just didn’t want to go to the office I had been going to. I ended up going Walerga dental instead and I’m so glad I did. They told me I didn’t even need the root canal. Score! I did need the quadrant cleaning and filling. But, I knew that as I hadn’t been to dentist in a while. They were also so kind and worked with me on payment plans!!!! Great office I highly Recommend.

I am usually so very nervous about going to the dentist. The staff was so nice and reassuring about all the processes. They took time to explain the procedures and made sure I was doing alright throughout the whole process.  I appreciate how everyone worked so hard  to make this experience as easy as possible.
