ANTELOPE VALLEY Neuroscience is the best place to treat your pain, specially with Dr. Farrukh bcuz he care for you, he made sure you're doing well, I had a sciatica problem and Dr. Farrukh did an surgery and my pain that I had for years didn't come back , I'm so grateful with Dr. Farrukh, he's one of the best Neurosurgeon in the ANTELOPE VALLEY, thanks so much Dr. Farrukh and God bless you always
Savanna, was supposed to call my wife to schedule her injections, she didn’t hear from her for over a month when my wife tried to call savanna said I’ll call you back but never did. Her attitude was horrible and disgusting. my wife was in pain until we called our insurance and she went to another facility for treatment. We also reported her to the nurses at front desk but they said what can we do about it and we informed the insurance company when we asked to transfer to another facility so I’m praying something is done about that savanna because no one should be treated like that and it made me sick to hear the way she talk to my wife.
Dr Dhillion was an ok dr during my appointment but I was never able to receive any treatment even though my insurance approved it. Savannah never called to schedule my injections and when I called to get an appointment she was so rude and disrespectful saying I was gonna get around to it and do you want the appointment or not.. after waiting a month for appointment she canceled my appointment and didn’t even call I still never got any treatment. It’s so sad they are supposed to help people with pain but can’t even be professional, they have no humanity
The wait time in this office is ridiculous. If my appointment is for 2:15 pm, I expect to be seen in a timely manner. 45-60 minutes in the waiting room and another 60+ minutes to see the doctor is not timely. My time is as valuable. I would not be a patient of this office by choice.
Janumpally is very unprofessional and does not take his profession seriously. I had a follow up appointment after my grandmother was discharged from the hospital and her medication was changed. When I arrived to the office with my grandmother, they made us wait for two hours only to tell us that he is not seeing any patients even though he was physically there. I made an over the phone appointment for the next day, the nurses called to confirm but never got a call from Janumpally to revise my grandmother's new medication. They made an appointment for next month, Janumpally is very unprofessional for that. I am very disappointed on how Janumpally conducts his business.
This place is the absolute WORST facility ever. I am not a patient there but however my mother was and these rude and inconsiderate people left my mother in a room for OVER AN HOUR and lied about the dr. not showing up and DIDNT HAVE THE HUMAN DECENCY TO TELL HER THAT DR. WASNT THERE and when asking the front desk about this i was met with attitudes and comments made under their breathe as if i couldn’t hear them. MY SUGGEST: NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE. i give it zero stars if i could.
They wont do a telephone appointment - Their secretary wouldn't even ask the Doctor. I live 2 hours away on a remote military base, and cancelled my appointment due to a secretary not wanting to help and a doctor who is not interested in having a conversation over the phone, vs having the same conversation in their office. I can only assume a no tele-appointment policy affects their bottom dollar. Thanks Gautam B. Kareti!
Front staff is awful. Takes them weeks just to get anything done. The girls are lazy and rude. My Dr. wasn’t too horrible. He ordered all necessary tests but some tests I don’t feel were thorough enough. Ultimately I decided to choose a different facility and I have had greater success there.
My father has a disappointing experience with Dr. Dhillon's assistant. I'm strongly upset that she can not follow up with a recovering patient. My father does not speak English fluently. He always calls for status updates for another alternative for his pain since he's surgery was done last year in May. It very discouraging to refer new people to come to this facility. The doctor is wonderful but her staff member Dina needs to do her job. It's always a difficult task to get a hold of her when it comes to scheduling.
Dr. Farrukh is horrible on many levels. Had 3 appointments with him. Waited 90 minutes the first time for a 10 minute visit. I've had pain in my back for YEARS, and the second visit he said it was caused by kidney stones even though he said I have bulging discs. I asked him if a kidney stone can last multiple years. He didn't answer and sent me on my way. FYI, I've never had a kidney stone and still don't have one. The 3rd visit I was still in the waiting room at 0950 for a 0900 appointment. I asked the front desk how much longer they thought it would be and they said HE IS NOT IN YET. There were also people that had been there way before me. I walked out and won't go back. As I was walking out after cancelling and signing records release form, he walked in at 1010. This sucks because it takes about 4-5 weeks to get an appointment with him so I wasted 3 months of my life. What a joke.
