Horrible Experience Horrible Service BEWARE! My grandmother passed away at my parent's house in an upstairs bedroom and Mastrofrancesco only sent one person to retrieve her body. My father had to do most of the work putting his own mother in a body bag. He struggled to carry her down the stairs, out the door and into the vehicle they had sent. It was a very traumatizing experience for my Dad. I was also very upset upon hearing this and tried to speak to Lesa about what had happened. She was very uncaring and dismissive about the whole situation. I wasn't even given an explanation on why this occurred. She was extremely unprofessional. I spoke to other people in the funeral business about my family's experience and all of them said that in all of their years, they had never heard of something so preposterous. I strongly encourage anyone in need of funeral services to look elsewhere!
Hands down the best funeral home in the entire area! The staff is personable and professional. I cant say enough good things about Mastrofrancesco Funeral Home! At such a difficult time it's really awesome to have great people taking care of you. Highly recommend! Thank you!

Mastrofrancesco Funeral Home was absolutely wonderful to my family when my husband passed away. Lesa was very compassionate and made the entire process extremely simple and easy during a time when I couldn't even think straight. I couldn't be more appreciative of her and her entire staff.
Funerals are never an easy experience when dealing with the loss of a loved one but Lesa and her staff made this experience much more tolerable. They took care of everything, from the initial meeting, church services to the luncheon afterwards. They paid attention to every detail as if they were their own family member. We appreciate everything they did for us and the respect shown to our dearly departed. We lost my father and my sister. We would only consider Mastrofrancesco Funeral Home for our future needs.
Words cannot adequately express our deepest gratitude to Lesa and her staff. From the moment we met her we knew she would expertly handle all of the details. My mom was in hospice and died in her home. When they came to get her they made that experience so special and peaceful. Lesa is a true professional and she did everything with class and care as if it were her own family member. I have the upmost respect for Lesa and her staff.
Lesa and her staff created an incredibly welcoming and heartfelt experience for us. They took extraordinary care of our family and loved ones, and made sure that we were at ease. We appreciate their time and detail.
Lesa is a wonderful person who does so much for the church & community. She truly epitomizes her terrific parents. There is no other funeral home in Aliquippa that will take care of your family like Mastrofrancesco's.
Just delivered flowers from Pittsburgh to a beloved family and was greeted by one of the kindest most compassionate associates I have ever worked with at any funeral home and we see countless numbers being in the floral biz I can tell you first hand that these are the folks you should call when in need ..Plain and simple ..they truly CARE ..even behind the scenes ! Hard to find these days !! I feel even better now knowing they were in charge of the arrangements for a personal friend gone too soon..
