Mr. Pitts does great work. I can't say the same for his staff, you can never get in touch with anymore or leave a message asking if they can return your call because the phones mailbox is full. I would recommend Mr. Pitts gives his staff training on etiquette when families are going through bereavement...
We just used Pitts funeral home in Erie, Pa the service we received was fantastic. They were very easy to work with and did a very good job the body. Could not ask for better people to work with. Other places we contacted were over double their price. GREAT JOB
Pitts handled the body of my grandson, services, burial. Did an awesome job, compassionate, caring, professional, went all out for the family, and thanks to Val Hicks and family as well for the support.
When my great-grandmother, Eva Mae Moore, passed away in 2010, Mr. Pitts helped our family in such a way that we could NEVER repay him. He is an AMAZING Christian man that walks in the light of The Lord and he will ALWAYS hold a special place in my heart. My family will ALWAYS remember what he did for us and he'll have our gratitude for eternity!! God Bless!
The same Funeral Home I mentioned two years ago also tried to scam the service provided for my grandmother... I am truly not happy with the way that they do business and it is very unfortunate.
Unfortunately, family and I did not receive the attention and urgency this place should have to offer families in such a time. They also charged us for a service they said would be complimentary.

This funeral home provide good home going Services and do and excellent job on the cosmetics of the bodies
