My wife and I had a very pleasant dinner here. The weather was perfect for sitting outside on the patio. The views were amazing. The service was great. Our meals were excellent. I had the grilled salmon and it was exactly what I was hoping for. Lightly seasoned to allow the natural flavors to come through. We had dessert and we took advantage of it being berry season and thoroughly enjoyed our berry shortcake and berry sorbets.
The view can't be beat if you eat there inside or out on a nice day. The chowder is great and worth trying. If you get in the ferry line early enough, you can even grab a cup to go. Our service inside wasn't the best when we sat inside, but I wouldn't let that sway me from going inside a second time. Take out was quick and awesome.Food: 5/5
Food and views pair perfectly, along with a nice close-up of the ferry going back and forth. I wish I had taken a picture, but if you sit towards the middle, you can watch the kitchen staff work. I don't remember our waitresses' names, but she was quick, prompt, and kind. She answered any questions we had since it was our first time eating here. The place started to fill up quickly after we had been seated, but she never rushed us to order. I'll be bringing my in-laws and friends here next time, I enjoyed it so much. Pics 1-3, food. 4&5, taken from parking lot. 6&7, taken from inside. 8&9, taken outside on patio/deck.
Nice seafood place. My party ate outside. It was beautiful with the views. Our server was really nice. The server recommended a lot items and I tried the peach slurp which was good. The food took a bit longer than we expected, but the server said it was because of new staff in the kitchen. Definitely a place to try for a night out with friends or family. Parking can be tricky because it seems busy, but the food is worth it.
Beautiful restaurant right on the water! The atmosphere is so calm and relaxing. The oyters and dessert were amazing! Unfortunately I was not a fan of the rockfish. Cooked perfectly but lacked flavor. Wouldn't mind going back and giving them another try though. Like like?Food: 3/5
The Hawaiian chicken cobb salad is the best salad I've ever had! How relaxing to sit outside overlooking Puget Sound. Great fun for our young cousins to watch the ferry come and go, a duck diving for fish, schools of fish, jellyfish and more. Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free options are available
I started at the bar and moved to a table when I decided to stay longer. The atmosphere, food, and service are top quality. I bring family and friends here when they visit.Food: 5/5
My daughter and I were waiting for a ferry. Thought it would be nice to have your crab and shrimp dip while we waited. Went to the bar and the gentleman was very nice and took our order. We waited and enjoyed the floor show. The cooks are very entertaining. 15 minutes passed and the bartender went to see what was needed to speed things up. 20 is to long to wait. If we sat at the bar or table we would have had our order sooner. When we got to our car we noticed how skimpy the dip was. A cup of clam chowder would have been more. So with this we have decided not to come back. We could have gone to the casino for fish and chips for less. We live in Vashon Island and it would be so easy to walk across but not now.
Gorgeous view on a sunny day, though the tables on the patio can benefit from large umbrellas for shade. Food is mediocre with a high price tag. Service was good.
Good restaurant, great service and food! If you like seafood - try the steamed Manila clams for an appetizer. Raw oysters are great too! Rock Fish tacos, Clam Chowder, Fried Trout and lots of other dishes are simply delicious! Relaxing atmosphere, right on the waterfront! Recommend, would come back.Food: 5/5
