Do not go to this establishment. I repeat, do not go to this establishment. Nails started chipping a day after. If you complain , They will refuse to take responsibility and tell you all sales are final and no refund. The place is also dirty and they use the same equipment on multiple people which can cause fungus. I will be reporting them to the health department as well as consumer protection for scamming customers like this. This establishment needs to be shut down. Made and appointment for 6pm arrived 30 min prior the location was not busy, the hosts acted like she couldn’t be bothered. The nail tech was not trained she was calling others to finish a set cause she doesn’t know about gel/acrylic. Everyone seemed as if they where ready to go home. I have been to this location before and referred someone and had a terrible experience, when I spoke up the the hostess wanted to be combative. This isn’t a FREE service so be considerate of my time and money.
I got a gel manicure a couple of hours ago this afternoon, and my gel has peeled off already.Service: Gel manicures
Yesterday was my first time at this salon. I didn't make an appointment in advance, but they managed to take me in despite the fact that their opening hours were already coming to an end. The manager helped me to choose a nail polish and then a shade, showing on my nails, so that it was easier and faster for me to choose. The manicure itself and the gel polish were done by Nuve I hope I wrote it correctly. At the very beginning, she opened the bag with sterile tools in front of me. The process itself was very fast. The manicure was meticulously done, as was the polish. I am very grateful for the professionalism and friendly atmosphere. This place was a real find for me, and I will definitely come back and try other procedures. Highly recommend, but maybe not during peak hours.
Horrible service. Had pedicure ehhh basic nothing to brag about. Gel maní horrific. All nails have cracked. Nails look worse than before. Place was quiet because it was empty makes sense now. Never again. Do not waste your moneyServices: Pedicure
I went on Thursday for manicure. I wanted a nice manicure for the weekend since I had a wedding in which events were from Friday to Sunday. By Friday, before I got to event, my nail polish had already chipped on several nails. By Saturday, I thought of going for another manicure, but instead just put up with it. Polish significantly chipped. I called to speak to manager, and told the person on the phone the story. She said manager would call me back, which he/she never did. Very disappointed. Would never return. You can see below that I’m dressed for a formal event and I had to hide my hands. I’m went back in and told the manager. He couldn’t care less. He offered me to repolish. I said I wanted a full manicure.. he said he’ll give me it for 50%. I asked for my money back.. no, he tells me that regular nail polish often doesn’t last. The fact that I had to hide my hands at the wedding meant nothing to him. Really bad experience. He just smiled smuglyServices: Pedicure
Beautiful appearance from outside. I went on a Sunday afternoon. Nice and quiet. Inside is not very clean. The chairs are all falling apart in the pedicure station. Everything could use a good wipe down. Big issue for me: She reused nail file, buffer and food scrubber. Overall, my pedicure was nicely done. Not really any massage and I got the exfoliating package. she gently rubbed body scrub on my legs and feet. Not much exfoliation happening. I would not recommend this place due to cleanliness.Service: Pedicure
Came in because powder gel nail broke. Whole process felt rushed. My nails came out with clear coat lumps and excess polish on my skin. Not coming back Services: Polish removal
Large clean salon. Slightly expensive for quality of services. Large selection of colors on wall display. Front desk will say they do not take appointments ... But they do for regular customers who call several days ahead. Walk-ins can expect wait times up to an hour. Sign in and ask for the wait time, leave and return when your time is nearly up... This is what most customers do which is why wait times can be ridiculous sometimes even when you're the only one waiting in the front. Unfortunately, my last visit was not great. Wait time was an hour and then was extended another 30-45 minutes because my friend requested a certain worker. Nevertheless, the front desk was strategic enough to take us both back together so we would have a better experience sitting beside each other. The chairs for pedicures are under dim lighting so I'm not sure the workers were set up for success... It seemed like they could barely see what work they were doing. My polish was slightly sloppy and I left the salon with two inflamed toes. Both sides of my big toes were prodded and cut so deeply that I bled a little and am still in pain. Borderline infected... Although my friend did not experience the same. My manicure is nice. I went for the regular Mani pedi combo which was reasonably priced. Pricing menu in photos. I was asked if I wanted to add a $5 callus removal to my pedicure which I declined since usually the normal scrubbing during a pedi smooths my heels well enough. This time it did not, my heels were not given the usual treatment ... I think because I refused the callus removal upgrade. Anyway, I may return for Mani pedis in the future. Now I just know which worker to avoid and how to avoid sitting in the salon waiting for so long. Update: better experience on return visit
After reading a lot of negative reviews about this place I thought I would give it a chance. I made a same day appointment for a Sunday afternoon. I went in at 11 and they gave me an appointment for 1. Upon arrival I was asked to choose my pedi color. I waited a couple of minutes. The technician came over and took me to the seat. It is really nice and really clean. The tools were sealed. The foot tub if that’s what it is called had a plastic over it so it is replaced with every customer. There were two ladies across from me. When my pedicure got started they were getting their hot towel rub. To not make this long I started after them and finished before them . The lady that had me RUSHED!!!! She didn’t ask me if I wanted my nails cut... she just cut them. Didn’t ask one thing. I had to tell her to help my ingrown nails, I had to tell her she missed half of one of my nails. It was super quick and very superficial. I still feel my ingrown nails. She did ok. But nothing more than ok. Over priced for the service I got. I don’t think it’s the place but the person I got. The technician across from me was very thorough and I wish I would have gotten her.
