Great and friendly staff, clean and healthy environment, can easily pick up a conversation with any person here whether staff or clients. I've loved being in this gym, and I love that the gym is proud to be a part of my exercise journey! 10/10!
I was in consistent search for a gym that would suit my needs and comfort, in a very busy gym world. The 24/7 access was a great fit for me. The cleanliness is impeccable and the staff including Lucy the manager are always there to answer any questions I have and guidance about equipment. The pricing was a bit high but your not waiting for use of equipment like the other “low” priced gyms, which makes it justified. I suggest many of my avid gym users, that Anytime Fitness, is the way to go! No questions asked. -Nik
Lucy has been an amazing new addition to Anytime Fitness! She is like a beam of sunshine. Always positive and happy. Always on the move cleaning and keeping things running in tip top shape. We are lucky to have her!!
Excellent gym! Not a busy location so I'm able to get my workout in without having to wait for equipment. Lucy was so friendly and super helpful, she even took the time to show me how to use some of the machines.
I joined Anytime Fitness in Brantford during Covid and have been to this location as well. The gym is clean and the staff are really welcoming and friendly. The equipment is well-kept and I'm never concerned about one not being available - I love that it has a chill vibe and would highly recommend!
Great staff and gym-goers. The only reason for less than 5 stars is the place is falling into disrepair. Multiple washrooms are always out of order and lights are burnt out everywhere. The overhead lights in the studio haven't worked at all this year. This is not acceptable for a gym that charges premium $60/month fees.
I transferred from a different AF because of this location. Elyra is always so welcoming, and keeps the gym so clean and comfortable. Plus all the windows are so nice, making the gym so bright!
I've joined over 10 gyms over many years because of moving and this is by far the worst gym I've ever joined. Overcharging and then auto renewing my gym membership. I had to pay over 2 years of monthly payment without having access to gym. Over 2 years of payments because they auto renewed and refuse to cancel any further charges until I pay off previous outstanding balance which was thousands because it was $100/month plus more. I regretted joining this gym and will spread as much awareness I can so nobody has to suffer because of this gym like I did.
Great gym, very clean and bright with everything in working order. Lucy is very friendly, helpful and always greets you with a smile.
Iv been at this location for about 2 years now, It's a good gym for low traffic. The coaches are always welcoming and happy to help.
