This is the best way to hold myself accountable for working out. If I randomly wake up early, I know I can just hop up and go. I am happy with anytime because usually when I come to the gym, most equipment I want to use is unoccupied and if occupied, the wait is never long. Plus if I am ever on vacation, my keychain device works at locations across the country. Best deals on memberships seem to be going into the physical location.
Guest pass is a scam and not free. Went in to sign up for a guest pass after seeing it was free online. Was told that I needed to pay a 25$ charge for the scanner but if I returned it they would refund my money. When I finished the pass I went to return it and was told that they don't refund the money and they had never heard of that before. The Chick helping me contacted a few people, no answers, so she took down my information so someone could contact me about it. It's been over a week and haven't heard a thing. Tried contacting the store but there staffed hours online are wrong and got no answer. Seems very unprofessional.
This is a clean, well-equipped, and conveniently available gym. There aren’t a lot of frills like classes or a nutrition center, but if you need an place to work out with quality, well-maintained equipment, this is your place.
I would absolutely recommend this gym. I have been going for about a year and a half. I have the best personal trainer, Menna Blumear. She has been my rock in my weight loss journey. I have gained muscle as well as losing weight. If you need someone to encourage you while helping you to be a better you, ask for personal training from Menna!!!!
Joined yesterday and started today with a consult with Menna. She's wonderful and very personable! I really like the quiet and not overly crowded atmosphere and the equipment is top notch! I look forward to starting my fitness journey here! -Laura
Large floor space largest AF I’ve been to, but water rower and older cardio equipment without Bluetooth/GymKit connectivity.
This is a fantastic ATF location. It’s all new and remodeled. The staff is amazingly friendly and I love being here.
This is an awesome gym! The gym is spotless and the equipment is in great shape and well maintained. There is plenty of space and equipment to avoid ever feeling crowded. The staff are all so friendly and are constantly cleaning and keeping the place in tip top shape, I always enjoy visiting with them when I come in, especially Erika! Plus Menna’s body sculpt class is a blast, she really pushes you! 5 stars all the way!
We come here in the evening or at 3 am.It's ANYTIME! It's self-service with keyfobs for members entry. It's very clean! No locker room but there are bins that have their own keys that you carry while you work out.
