Star Gymnastics Edmond

The only reason I got a one year membership fir this gym is because its 24hours and the year membership was cheaper or so I thought. I was quite disappointed in the equipment and how cramped it was. Its definitely not worth the money. When the year was up we were still charged. The effort we had to put in to cancel was completely ridiculous considering its a contract that ENDED, so should our charges! Having to MAIL in our reason to cancel was absolutely unnecessary and it took forever so of course we were charged AGAIN. I have never had such difficulty in communication and customer service at a gym before. There should be an easier and more respectable way of handling these matters. I will be going back to planet fitness where I know ill be taken care of. What a waste.

BEWARE OF THIS GYM! If I could give this gym negative stars I would. The only reason we chose this gym was because it was 24 hours, and it was a short drive for us. We signed up for a one-year contract, after the one-year contract had ended we were still being charged. OUR CONTRACT ENDED SO SHOULD OUR CHARGES. We never consented to continue being charged after the contract ended and it was never explained to us that that would occur. After countless calls back and forth we were told we OWED them money and that if we did not pay it would be sent to collections. Yet my card was being charged every month, and I showed them statements to prove that, so how do I money? Another phone call again we were told we could cancel but it would be a 30-day notice of cancellation and we would still be charged until the cancellation was finalized. I have never had so much difficulty cancelling a membership with a gym and communicating with a gym before. ESPECIALLY with active-duty military, and how quick our turn arounds can be. This is not a way to handle a business and there can be a better more respectful and easier way to conduct business. SAVE YOUR MONEY. This hassle is not worth is for the customer service and the equitment you get, there are plenty of gyms with better prices, service, and equitment. I will be making a complaint to the BBB.

By far the best gym in the OKC/Edmond area! The members and staff are so nice. Makayla who works the front desk, is always very nice and keeps the gym spotless.

By far the best gym I’ve been to, Russell showed me around and really helped me out, he definitely has a lot of knowledge and was really helpful with explaining everything. The place should be called 5 star instead of 4 star lol

Loads of new equipment! The staff at this gym is absolutely amazing! They have two other locations where I have been a long time member. They care about their gym and are constantly upgrading, cleaning and repairing. The positive attitude and atmosphere of the people who work out here and the trainers, make this gym complete!

I love this gym, Russell is extremely helpful & always cleaning up in his freetime. The Edmond location is my favorite because the staff and people!

Gym was great, staff was awesome but their cancellation policy is outdated, I had to mail it to a PO box which I did 2 Months ago but they never received it, on top of that I am getting charged an extra month because I have to give a 30 day notice. Beware

Such an inviting gym, I believe a worker named Russell helped me with any questions I had. Place looked very clean. Bathrooms were clean!

The childcare is so depressing. About the size of a closet with paint chipped walls. Going to check out the other locations

Extremely pleased with this gym, been a member since Oct. Great front desk worker name is Ivan Always taken care of the gym and talking to me and other member.
