I'm a truck driver and a member of Anytime Fitness and Planet Fitness to make sure that I can most always have a gym to go to, and at this location there was both, and I chose Anytime Fitness because I actually like every prefer Anytime Fitness over Planet Fitness mostly because of the free weights that are available and the better showers, and though I love most all of the Anytime Fitness' this one lands in my top three, it was a very pleasant visit and I'd just like to say thank you to the management for doing such a great job
100% better than the Midlothian location and almost as good as the one in DuPont, WA
I joined in June 2021 for the second time I was originally a charter member from when they first opened. When I had to cancel my first membership due to financial hardship it was no problem.i just tried to cancel again since my one year obligation is up and I'm now currently disabled and I have to pay another month because I didn't give them 30 days notice. This is Hogwash, you don't know this because it's hidden in contract. Just a warning to everyone be careful this ain't the same owner or manager. The guy who opened it first is a good honest man. The company who.has it now are only in it for whatever they can get from you. I'll never recommend joining to anyone! Orville Couch
Have to cancel membership in person and it takes 30 days for cancellation to process so they still get to charge you 2 more times even if you are no longer using their service.
Anytime Fitness has been a huge part of my family’s life! With such a welcoming environment, the facility is welcoming to people just starting out and even seasoned workout veterans! Extremely friendly management staff and very hands on owner!
The gym was nice; however, I got the run around when trying to end my membership. I walked into the store and asked to terminate my membership, and the guy said that he couldn't do it and I had to call a number. I then proceeded to call the number of the location with no response or call back. After another month of fees and I called again, and no answer. So I left a vague voicemail and got a call back later. I then informed the employee that I wanted to cancel my membership. The gym was OK; however, the service on my way out wasn't. So I would say streamline or improve service towards those leaving the gym. That is the reason for my 3-star review.
Well I came to trial this gym and glad I didn’t sign up for this facility. The gym manager was nonchalant about me being a potential customer. He said heres the gym and talked prices to me immediately. I’m a gym rat and love working out, but this gym was not my cup of tea. The equipment is old and on a busy day good luck finding equipment. There’s a lot of regulars from what I saw during my trial and unfortunately they hog the equipment.
Owner is nothing but a thief and a liar.
Good size space. This location has a yoga/instructor studio. Only minor knock is the cardio equipment....it's well maintenance, but it is a little long in the tooth. After visiting other locations out of state there is much newer equipment available.
