Horrible I have a doctors note from leg injury a they want me to keep paying full price on something I can’t do . An so freezing my account was the only option a they trying to make me keep paying full price for something I can’t do by doctors orders a they are just rude people a bad management . A when you want to tan they never have anyone full time to run the tanning beds . Just all around bad management an business

It’s a okay gym. Good friendly staff

While Passing through I used the Facility and being a manager for 5 years at my anytime, give the Staff time to grow with the gym. My personal self helped my gym g grow and stay open. Staff was good and give them a chance to grow Sincerely Coach Scott Go Buffs 1990 National Champs

Very clean gym, very friendly staff, open 24 hours so I can fit in workouts with my crazy schedule. Couldn’t really ask for more :.

Great, clean gym! They definitely care about their members. Only down fall they keep changing Gms everyone 6 months, I've seen at least 5 in the last 3 years

Very happy with this gym, is clean, the times I go  there is hardly anyone there,is a plus!!  the fact that I can go to other gyms around my area is awesome, I belong to the one in Port Clinton, great equipment. Friendly staffs.

I’m not sure what all the negative reviews are about....I’ve had nothing but a good relationship and membership with my gym and manager. I too, was about to be cancelled because of negligence of my own.... the manager and I spoke and he quickly and calmly reinstated my membership with no hassles. Jake, the manager, is very knowledgeable about what machines to use for certain body issues. The gym is spotless, and I feel very comfortable working out at Anytime Fitness in BG! Keep up the good work!

In 2017 I lost 60lbs working out at Anytime Fitness!  When I first joined I wasn’t so sure of myself and the staff was very welcoming, answering any question I had.  The staff greets you by name, it’s like a gym family they are very supportive of your goals n give great advice.  There was a couple months that my payday didn’t align with my payment date, but Jake was very helpful with post pining it a couple days, so I was able to avoid the overdraft fee all it took was a little communication.  This is a great gym with very caring and supportive staff!  Plus the tanning beds are amazing!

Got my membership here in 8/2018 and in 1/2019 I got a promotion at work that required me to move to an area where there was no anytime fitness so I could not transfer my membership. I had a personal training contract and was able to pay off 20% of my remaking contract so I could leave. I told them I was moving and they said they would cancel my monthly gym membership. Here I am a month after leaving and my card is charged for my monthly membership. Called them and waited for three hours with no response I first called at 11am, that is during their staffed hours called back at 3pm and someone answered and said I couldn’t cancel my membership without calling a number they were supposed to provide me. Long story short they will not cancel my membership or refund me the month I WAS NOT there for as I now live three hours away!!!! Horrible customer service and I now have to drive three hours to go talk to them in person to 1 cancel my membership and 2 get a refund!!!  The only good staff here is Adam, he was my personal trainer before he got promoted and couldn’t work with people anymore. Wonderful person and trainer! He doesn’t deal with the memberships though.  DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE!!!!
