Very nice very clean location and shower and rest room very clean the employees are very friendly first time visit here but i feel nice employees always doing cleaning i saw 2 hrs they work hard here I visited at night so i park my semi truck in parking lot just for exercise time but if you come day time so I don’t think we park at front so look that before coming so thank you for management because you guys give us a parking for exercise time

What a nice gym for the community. Lots of people of all age groups working out. All skill levels. Well worth the membership fees.

The worst PF I've been too post- COVID! Dur Tee! Times 2! Wow! The Planet CSRs seemingly are doing nothing to protect us as customers trying NOT to get a virus/ bacterial infection. 2 stars for the actual gym and amenities. I did like the shower configuration lengthier & more shelving, but the drains were clogged with hair and dirt lent & filth! The toilets were dirty not cleaned in a while as I came to the club twice in one day and the TP dispenser had caked-on dust-dirt that illustrated unhealthy uncleanness throughout the club. Omg, from the window front door to the wall showers it looked like the stay puff marshmallow man was trying to be seen white foot prints all over all darn day in a 30 hour period, as I visited the club twice daily.. I say all this because 1 COVID-19 is out here, and uncleanness in one place illustrates this particular club's inefficiency in trying to protect member health, and 2 all other club CSRs in other locations are noticeably cleaner ALL day! A bit cleaner but larger problems STILL existing!

Nice, clean, enjoy going. Bowling Green needs one or two more locations. It's always packed. There is still equipment available, but not much elbow room and wait times for the amenities. Even one in Franklin would be nice.

I moved to another state and have been trying to end my membership for 2 months. I’ve taken all the right steps and they are still taking my money and now won’t answer my calls. Customer service is poor at best.

They been charging me 5 months and today I came on 18th to ask for my cancellation from next month , she canceled and said I can’t come from today ??? The monthly money just came out from my bank account on the 17th this month, they refused to service me this month when my money came out from my bank account just yesterday?? And no refund?? I showed her my bank statement she said she didn’t take my money?? So how she is being a receptionist?? when her voice standing for whole the company this is an awful business. Can’t be here in bowling green. I feel not fair .

Great environment BUT staff behind the counter always have a bad attitude. No hello or have a good day. They just don’t care. I travel for work so I got the black card so I could workout while on the road. It’s a shame that my home gym has the worst attitude of all.

Great atmosphere, you do not have to worry about anyone bothering you, and being a black card member is where it is at. To the tanning beds and hydro massage beds. I highly recommend it.

I'm from out of town visiting my son at WKU. We both agree that we like this PF better than our home gym in Virginia. I've only used the equipment on the main floor so far. I'm impressed by the amount of equipment that is on-line and ready to us, as opposed to waiting for repair. The electronic equipment is relatively new and clean. I like that they have plenty of stair machines and sit-up bikes. Nice place.

Was charged an annual fee that I was unaware of only two months into having the membership for $41. Then after being unable to cancel the membership two months in online or over the phone, it was finally cancelled on the 13th of August. I was told I would not be charged the monthly fee for August. On the 17th I was then charged the $26 for the month of August after cancelling my membership. When I called and asked to talk to a manager or owner it was extremely unprofessional when they all started to laugh on the phone for needed a manageI was just brushed off and told that were right and that there was nothing they could do about it. All of a sudden annual fees are charged two months in, not actually annually and I would of had to cancel by the 10th not the 13th to not be charged for the month of, after the account is already cancelled. Definitely do not recommend! Edit** don’t even bother reaching out to the person replying to all these comments, all they do is waste your time. They just email you to tell you that they can’t help you with a refund because the clubs are independently owned and to contact the managersame ones who said they can not do anything and were extremely unprofessional.
