Live Active 50 Plus Fitness is a fitness facility for adults that are 50 and over. We currently have members from 50 to 91 years of age.
We offer a variety of classes from: functionally fit to yoga. There is something for everybody. We offer state of the art Cybex exercise equipment. We have a social area where you can grab a cup of coffee, hot tea, or cocoa and talk with friends before or after class. We also keep our beverage refrigerator filled with free bottled waters. We want to make sure our members and guests stay hydrated. Our aerobics room is equipped with a hearing loop for those that have hearing aids. We have a friendly staff that cares about your needs and will answer any questions that you may have. Every person that comes in can receive 7 free visits to use over a two week period. We want everyone to have the opportunity to try out the equipment and classes. We love to make new friends, so come see us at 1249 US 31 W By-Pass, and we will give you a tour.

No peer pressure here. Great equipment with an excellent staff. Perfect for anyone over 50 who needs to keep moving. No long term contract. Cancel anytime. Great place to go. You always feel welcome there.

The place has a great, friendly atmosphere when you walk in.  Janet is hilarious behind the desk.  Sandy is a great knowledgeable person about fitness.  No power lifters or intimidating people using the weights.

Excellent gym and fitness center!  The equipment is always clean and very well maintained.  The staff and trainers are helpful, very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable.  I see them designing and offering workouts for every fitness level--from rehabilitation all the way up to the very active.  The different membership, personal training, and class options are definitely a plus.  I can't say enough good things about this place.

An excellent gym for 50+ population - The staff and the members are fantastic. They have multiple class options for all ages and functional levels as well. The gym is very clean and equipment is nice. Matt is a fantastic trainer. 5 stars all around!

I love Live Active ! After retiring last year I visited several different facilities but this one is the perfect place and the one I decided on . The staff is wonderful, friendly and always so helpful. The exercise classes are so good and the group circuit training is one of my favorite things . I highly recommend Live Active.

This place is perfect for the body that is aging! The staff have special training to help us get moving, recover from surgery or a specific weakness! Even if you have just been inactive and have never exercised it's a great place to start because everyone, even the other members are so encouraging you'll want to keep coming.
