Clean and has a little bit of everything. Not my “home” gym, but never felt unwelcome or over crowded. Some equipment is older but it’s worth it to not be over crowded. Gym has 2 free weight sides with mirrors divided by a wall which is nice.
Great clean place to work out, but when they charge you double of what you owe and tell you that you'll get it back, you never will. Can I please find a gym that won't charge anymore than what they say they will charge. I was charged 59 dollars twice for one key fob and was told that I would be refunded by two employees and never got the money back. I make amazing money I'm not worried about paying my subscription, I don't like being charged extra.
I love the employees here, great atmosphere for assisted or solo training!
Martinsville ATF once again kills it. New location is up and running. New equipment and a sharp New look! Well done guys.
This is the first gym I’ve ever walked in to and immediately felt “at home”. It’s cozy. How can a gym be cozy!? Idk but it is somehow. Must have something to do with the incredibly welcoming, motivating, yet goofy staff or the super supportive members. Love it here! i highly recommend a normal membership OR the personal training! This place definitely becomes a little second home, second family super fast. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Clean facility, has pretty much what you need for equipment. 24-hour access to members only if you want to go with day passes, you have a limited time frame to get your workout in. Rarely overcrowded. However, they've lost my business due to a severe lack of customer service. Never felt very welcome there even when managers or owners were in. Has a neighborhood feel to it and if you're not a regular, you'll notice the difference. Had to call multiple times to find out about gym passes and membership offerings always to get the runaround or wait back for a call that would come hours later. The only rep who would call back or reply to me quickly no longer works there. I travel often and this location was convenient but I'm not spending my time, money or efforts on a business that doesn't appreciate all their clients.
I love Anytime Fitness. I’ve been to these gyms throughout the US as I travel for work. Martinsville’s facility is very nice with what seems to be a productive staff. At this location in particular I do wish some of the trainers weren’t so loud in the gym. It’s very distracting and not everyone cares to hear your conversations. Thank you!
