Anytime Fitness Trinity

This is one of the nicest Anytimes that I've been to. I didn't know what to expect because there weren't any pictures. It's the first one I've been to that has a concept 2 rower and an assault bike. It also has a small, but well stocked functional fitness area. It's missing the oly platform that most Anytimes have, but it's still great anyways!

I had a great first-time gym experience today when joining. I met Patrick who's one of the personal trainers, and he was kind enough to show me how to use all the machines necessary for my workout plan, he helped me with my form. In addition, he also wrote a full-body workout plan for me that was easy to follow. I left feeling very confident, and I'm looking forward to my fitness journey. Please consider joining this gym especially if you value having access to experienced trainers who truly want to see you reach your fitness goals and not just sign you up and push you aside. I am incredibly saddened and annoyed by the news that my gym of many years is closing its doors. I made some great friends here and will miss the environment and the cleanliness, just all of it. I guess it is on to Zone for me. I blame COVID, and it's supposed experts, who instilled immeasurable and irreversible fear for another small business loss. Thanks to both great owners for providing a safe, healthy, fun experience for years. Good luck to you guys!

I have been going to this gym for almost 2 years now. The staff is amazing and the facility is clean. The manager is nice and will answer any questions you have. The trainers there know what they are talking about and will assist if needed. The gym does not have a lot of people in it so you don't have to wait for a machine or weights. You can get your workout in with no issues. I will be staying at this gym for a long time.

Great Gym. Norma and Joey do a great job running the club. I have been to a couple other Anytime Fitness Gyms and none of them compare to this one. This club is always clean. The staff is always cleaning the equipment and the bathrooms are always in good order and clean. The equipment is also well maintained and I am pleased with the selection of machines, cardio and free weights. I have been there since it opened and don't plan on going anywhere else anytime soon. Check it out. You will find this club to be one of the best around.

This Anytime Fitness is excellent as the support and encouragement from the Staff is outstanding. I've been attending for several years and have always enjoyed the atmosphere and the equipment is in fantastic shape. Keep up the great work!

Roseann is AWFUL. I set a date for the last cancelation payment for my account. Let her know I will give her a different card number than what was on file. She promised to honor our agreement but continually attempted to charge the wrong card! Called multiple times to sort out what her confusion was and each time she was passive aggressive and rude for absolutely NO reason. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from a gym. She would text, email, and call harassing over a payment as if she completely forgot we agreed to a payment date. BEWARE of this location! I’ve been to several Locations and never experienced such awful behavior from a staff member.
