Anytime Storage

Most affordable storage unit around! Super friendly and helpful staff were always just a phone call or email away. I liked that the kiosk was easy to use and available anytime.

Storage unit is infested with rats, not mice, RATS! They destroyed a beautiful couch and chair in addition to eating through boxes of storage goods. The musky odor of rat urine was overwhelming when the door was opened. Because of the uncontrolled rat situation and damage to my personal items I was forced to vacate the unit.

Good storage, but everything is automated and the staff are very apathetic. I did receive credit for a lock I purchased, but only if I kept renting the unit. Was given bad information about when I could properly empty my unit, and had to pay for an entire extra month because once the gate closed it would not accept my code until I called their main office and told them my issue, was told I would receive a prorated refund on the days that were not used and never received any communication or refund from them after numerous calls. The self automated kiosk is atrocious, and its supposedly '24 hour customer service line would not even allow me to place a call. Would recommend only because it was cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Anytime storage in New Braunfels worked with me when we rented a Upack trailer. They allowed the driver to park the trailer in the back of the lot where it’s dirt, gravel and grass. Our trailer was there for at least one week. We had movers move items out of the trailer and into the storage units at that location. We chose this location because they have 24 hour access. Most of the storage facilities in New Braunfels, TX do not have 24 hour access. The employees were very professional and friendly and their prices are competitive.

I had my thing in that storage for a year and water damaged 2 of my items but just be aware not to put your anything against the walls unless cover with plastic. I had many insects in my boxes, but I put some insect killer. I once left my door open because my husband forgot to close it and no one stole anything it is very safe! Very easy to rent and move out.

As Brandon said, the staff is not very helpful. I have had many problems with this storage unit such as problems with payments and problems contacting any type of help. I do not recommend renting storages here, there are plenty others that are much better. If you want to do business with people and not machines, this is not the business to use.

I was looking for temporary storage for our boat and when I called the business number I was pleasantly greeted with great customer service! They have a kiosk that is easy to use to rent or pay your bill day or night. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I've never had an issue with this facility. Their prices are what they say they are, they send email reminders for bills, they're very lenient with their grace period and late fees... All around it's been a pain free experience!

I read on the web site that I could rent a storage unit and pay for it at the kiosk witch was located at the facitatie I thought it as gonna be easy but I coulda get it working and when called them the gentsmn whom answered started off respectful but then him and the young lady whom answered the phn.after he hung up on me twice was just as rude .I was very disapontted.

Easy to rent a unit and they respond extremely fast if you have an issue.
