The folks that work here lived there very clean, and their security is over the top. They have a cool little system that up someone’s messing with your lock It’s not an app, but it will signal your phone to let you know what’s going on. And the folks that work there are extremely nice and I for one. I’ve never rented a storage unit before but I’m glad I came to this place.

About 5 years ago I moved my business operations to New Braunfels Storage.  The staff at New Braunfels Storage have been great!  Kandi and her team…Cindy, Samantha, Selena, and all other personnel have been courteous and responsive to requests/concerns in a timely manner.  My business needs have changed over time, and the staff has been able to accommodate every step of the journey.

The Customer Service is fantastic.  The staff is friendly, professional and helpful.  I rented a unit on the 2nd floor and the elevator was out of order.  They called me on a Sunday to check in on me and offer me another unit on the first floor.  I had already moved into the unit on Saturday.  However, I was just so impressed that they knew on Friday when I rented it that I might be in a pinch for moving things and they had the courtesy and concern to call me on Sunday thinking maybe that I might not have moved in due to the elevator being out of order and to offer a solution.  Thanks to the staff!  You all rock!

Great storage facility!   They will accommodate your needs if able!  Such a courteous group of professionals!  The gate access is simplistic and  secure!  No issues during my household stay!

I had my furniture & treasures  things I have collected or Inherited stored at New Braunfels Storage. This business is very clean & well cared for—everything was in Perfect condition when the movers Delivered it to our new house. I definitely recommend New Braunfels Storage !!!

Very helpful staff, Cindy was great, knowledgeable, patient and answered all questions. The atmosphere was very professional and the entire complex very well kept.
