This was our second birthday party at Apex and the staff is very kind and helpful. Bring a sweater it is a bit cold ! The kids love the obstacle course and ramp.
Apex Warrior has all of my favorite functional fitness equipment such as pull up bars, gymnastics rings, and kettlebells and they have that hardcore gym feel that I love! If you're in Sudbury, you have to try Apex!
Great place to workout, the atmosphere is inclusive and they have all of the gear you need. There are lots of different ways that they can help you or you can just kick your own butt!
Best gym in town! Amazing coaches, members and community. Don't think twice, come check it out for yourself.
It's hard to really put into words how amazing Apex is, but I'll try. There's a sense of family, community, and encouragement as soon as you walk through the doors. The people owners, trainers, and other members push and motivate you to be better and stronger, WITHOUT that feeling of "I am not good enough". With that said, I'd also like to point out that this is a super fun place to workout! Every day there are new laughs and new smiles!
NO OTHER GYM LIKE THIS IN SUDBURY! The workouts are intense and exciting and new every time! The coaches at the gym are very skilled and help u with achieving ur goals!!! Love the members such a warm and inviting place to workout! Home away from home! Can’t say enough good things about This place. Don’t be intimidated, so many people at different levels of fitness and we all help push each other to get better and stronger!
Very positive and fun environment to workout in for all ages and levels of fitness. I would recommend this gym to anyone even non ninjas : Dennis is one of the most knowledgeable trainers around, very positive and professional, he has created a family at this gym.
Apex is a second home, and owners Dennis and Gus, head trainer Amy are amazing. They treat me like family. Dennis is always thinking of ways to change up the course to make it different/more challenging. Very encouraging environment, and they are always pushing me to drive harder and get the most out of every workout.
Dennis and the AM crew makes it easy to workout at 6am.. You become instantly a Apex family member.. No judgement!! Always a bunch of smiling people working hard to reach their goals. A fun place to workout!! Highly recommend Apex.
