Saw the Apple store and I had been thinking of getting a new iPhone so O went in. The worker took my name and told me it would be a 45 minute wait to buy it. I looked around the store at the dozen or so people and asked why the wait was so long, can’t you just grab the box, scan it, pay for it and go? She said it was a whole involved process. So I sat and waited and about an hour later see her leaving for the night so I go up to another worker and he says they’ll get me in next. 10 more minutes and the salesman comes up to me and I said I’d like to buy an iPhone Pro Max, then he tells me they’re sold out. That would have been good to have told me an hour ago before I waited, I said ok I waited this long, I’ll take a plus version instead, they’re sold out. I asked what they had, pretty much nothing. What a waste of time, never doing that again.
Apple ripped me off for $221. I purchased an education bundle including Final Cut Pro. Apple never sent me the software, and refuses to provide a refund. Apple claims the software was "shipped" to my email, and that it would take 1-3 business days. After 5 business days still no email. Went through five different Apple "specialists", all of whom refused to provide the software or a refund, and all of whom claimed my software was "in transit" to my email. I'll never buy anything from Apple again, and I suggest no one buy anything from Apple ever. I've never had such a stupid and shady experience, and now I'm out $221.
I really wish I could give zero stars. Initially, things were going great. We were greeted and given an appointment quite quickly. Everyone was very nice. We were having my sons phone screen repaired, which still worked, but had a damaged part of the screen. We agreed on the repair price of $279, with the understanding that it may go up if they found anything else. We were asked to return two hours later, which we did. At that point the transaction went very sideways. The phone was returned to us, with the screen covered, and the employee said that they had covered the screen in case we wanted to have a screen protector placed. The bill changed to ~$500. We hesitated to pay that price and asked why it was so much more. The employee began explaining it to us and it was this point we realized that the phone was actually not repaired because we removed the protective covering. Not only was it not repaired, but it now didn't work at all. After that discovery, the employee began to look a little deeper and realized that we were meant to have a new phone. The way everything happened seemed very suspicious. Also, why is it so difficult to ask if the customer will be available at an alternate phone number? Someone could've rang us and let us know the phone was irreparable instead of wasting two hours of our time. And if we hadn't looked at the phone, the employee would've charged us $500 for a broken phone. All around bad experience. Enough so that we are planning to replace the phone, but not with an Apple product.
first time ever going to the store. I barely got in the door, and I had a Apple representative immediately approach me. And took care of my iPhone that needed a new battery promptly. I also loved the wide open concept of the store. The customer service is above and beyond, any of my expectations. Thank you very much as I really did appreciate that.!
Got Apple product, ur stuck with their services, many layers to go thru, door person schedule an appt, came back to semi-tech that couldn't answer your questions, came back to a tech that tells u they can't help, came back to a manager that offers 10% off for new iPhone, despite Apple did fix the screen the first time, and mine still under warranty, it took all day just to find out u have to buy their new iPhone. Had to spend another day to find non-Apple provider to service the iPhone. When this 1 dies again, switching to Android
Both Andrew and Nate, Went above and beyond in helping me with my new iPhone 14pro max, I've only had the phone for a month and it has a serious glitching issue, They ran a few Diagnostic, that showed nothing peculiar, but a little more digging they found the problem, made me feel less like I was crazy and operator Error on my part, Both Men worked hard is solving my issue, and look forward to getting my phone. Thank you Both so very much in believing in my issues!
Do not take your computers here for repair! They will tell you one thing and then they will tac on extra charges. I took my laptop in for repair and it had a cracked screen, I told them I didn’t want my keyboard fixed it was missing one key, they then charged me 200$ more for one missing arrow key! It’s highway robbery! Especially because the technician told me they would make a note for them to not charge me for the keyboard arrow key. I have bought thousands of dollars of apple products and after this I don’t ever want to buy another product from them.
Had a great experience at Apple today! Came in for an iPad and Gene Jean? was extremely helpful! He was able to answer my questions and was very personable. He made the whole process easier. Just wanted to send some kudos!
Ahmed was SO helpful. Like, give him a raise, ten thousand gold stars, he made everything better. Even though I was cranky and impatient, Ahmed explained things he showed me how to use the tech... best store associate EVER. So when I walked in the store, I asked for help- the website says to come into the store to reset you apple id password on a device if you dont have access to your own apple device. I had to use an iPad for online classes and forgot to log out of it before I sent it back, my university was going to charge me $500 for the cost of the iPad for not logging out. I used it twice the whole program- no clue what my password is. Naturally I come into the store in a not so great mood. The girl who greeted us refused to help us, wouldn't help me find the support app, wouldn't answer a single question, made the whole experience a massive bummer, "you're welcome to use a store device but there's nothing I can do"..... in came Ahmed- patient, helpful, white-knight style- explained the recovery process and showed us how to do the rest of the process FROM HOME. Ahmed- huge kuddos to you for making this interaction positive. Keep up the good work!!!
My phone was acting funny, but I could still make and receive calls, look at my pictures etc. I went in to get it looked at. we had to make an appointment. After a half hour they told us they were ready. The employee did something to my phone that made it even worse then before, now I can’t even open it. We spent well over two hours there just waiting. Another employee told me i should have had it backed up. that I could make call if I had a new phone, like duh. They were passive aggressive and rude and I wasted so much time. Would give a -1 star review if I could.
