I've never had this good of customer service before. My husband and I have bought phones at their prior location in Kent about a year ago and were extremely happy.  Today we were helped by Tran, and he was very kind, knowledgeable and quick!! He made sure that we were happy when we left the store. We will never go anywhere else. Thank you again Tran!!!  We financed phones, and the process was a lot easier than I imagined and you really cannot beat their prices!

Warning This is for a phone I got about a year ago. And just wanted to give people a heads up who decide to do a payment plan You may put a 100-200 down for a 300-400 dollar phone, but be cautious as the price after all said and done will be tripled. So you think you got 100-200 left to pay and nope You realize now you have a $875 phone loan Which you could've just bought a brand new phone than one of these scammed phones with tons of issues.

I had bought a Galaxy S7 Active which was in good working order for a fair price. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding and the phone did not work as expected. After talking with the owner we came to an agreement for a Galaxy S8 that works well and looks brand new and the deal made everyone happy. Overall I would say this is a good company to work with and do business with.

Had the best experience of any mobile phone company and store. The girl who helped me was very nice and was great to talk to. I saved a good amount of money by financing my phone. My friend ended up buying one for himself and went with Metro. Great !!!

Went to the Apple store with my iphone7 that I dropped and they did an hour of diagnostics and wouldn’t even try to fix my phone because of a small dent on the BACK. But came to phone guys and they fixed it in under an hour and for a way cheaper price. Rose, the receptionist/cashier in the front was also kind and wonderful. Would highly recommend!!

Bought a note 10 from them, the first one had issues with the camera, I told them about it and while they do not offer refunds they will replace your phone completely which they did and even gave me a free screen protector. Very happy with my purchase.

The Phone Guys is the most trustworthy used phone company. Purchased many phones from them to send back home. Always have the best conditions with the best prices. Their customer service is excellent. Always greet with smiles everytime I visit . Highly recommend this place

I went to the phone guys and got a new Iphone. It was refurbished, really nice condition, and the cashier was super helpful and friendly. Not to mention, she had beautiful nails : Everything works smoothly and I'll highly recommend going to this place over the Apple store! Thanks!

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my iPhone 7+ from this place. The representative was extremely helpful in answering questions I had about the differences between different versions of iPhones and was patient as I took my time to ponder which phone to purchase. I would highly recommend checking this place out if you're interested in purchasing a phone for a reasonable price.

Dropped off a iPhone 6 Plus with a broken screen and they did a great job. New screen is high quality and looks clear. Price was cheaper than other quotes I’ve looked at. If you need a new screen and a quick turn around, check them out.
