Always a crowd. Even with an appointment expect to wait to be assisted. Wait in line. Seated wait some more on rep to come to help again. Takes your device and wait some more. Patience is key Apple care is a great feature to use especially since repairs are costly and upgrades are pushed. Love my Apple products and warranty coverage but in store assistance is a waiting game.
Beautiful store with a very friendly staff! The designer of this store did an amazing job. The trees inside add a nice touch. We sat in on an iMovie session. Andy signed us up and handed us an iPad. He helped us catch up to the class and walked us through a few key things we missed.
Walked in without an apt on a weekday dinner time to trade in my phone. Took them 10-15 minutes to complete the job and get me out of there. Every associate was very helpful and gave me extra information I didn’t know I could do and I had my phone and my money back towards my new phone. Very very satisfied with their customer service
An Apple "disney" Experience. An Apple User's paradise. Huge store. Very fancy. Pricey!! Prefer cheaper Samsung. But this store is worth a visit.
Went here to buy a phone. Was greeted by Jerome who then introduced me to NicoNicolas. This has been my most spectacular Apple experience. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Jerome and Nico are 5 star employees. Nico was so helpful and knowledgeable.
It's a beautiful building and I love how they have everything in one, but it's crammed. The reason it has 4/5 stars is due to their actual Genius Bar tech help area. We waited FOUR, yes 4 hours to be seen for 10mins of nothing . It feels like a space where your time is just being taken away with no actual help. MOST IMPORTANT: If you plan on going to the Genius Bar plan ahead and try to schedule an appointment most don't give that option so plan to stop by Apple Store first, set your appointment, then walk around the mall. And HOPEFULLY they have more than one person for the area you need help in or you'll be there as long as I was.
Very beautiful apple store, with trees inside . The service with appointment has been the fastest I’ve experienced. A lot of space and a very good design. While I was there, a street photographer was showing his work.
I have been a loyal Apple user for about 10 years. I really enjoy the products that Apple had. Sadly, I was here yesterday, and not only did I have to wait an hour when I set an appointment, I had to deal with one of the representatives accusing me of stealing. I feel like I was racially profiled because of the way I looked. My sister had to witness this happen to someone she looks up to. It really made me feel emasculated, embarrassed, and unsafe. They told me to come back to the store but why would I go back to where I was mistreated? I already have a lot going on with my grandma passing and having finals this week. It really made me feel horrible as a human being.
“Geniuses” who work here don’t even know their inventory. I asked if there was an iPhone. 13 mini on display and they no we don’t sell it , it’s not on the shelf. I say how so it’s sold on Apple Store online and should be in store too. They said no. I walked around the store and found two different models of iPhone 13 mini upstairs and two more downstairs! Apple, train your employees better , they seem clueless!
The sleek and shiny nature of Apple's products shines right though in this absolutely stunning Apple Store location. Aventura's location has bounced around over the last decade but this one is here to stay and for good reason.
