Apple Beverly Center

I came to buy airtag while I saw an apple store. They were very interested here, as in every other store. They also explain how to use airtag . thanks

Terrible service. Came in to get a macbook pro and mac mini 4k USD in total, just needed to be handed over the product, after standing around for 5 minutes with employees ignoring me looking away after eye contact, I asked one if they could help me. He said he'll look for someone but kept walking around and chatting to employees. I assumed he got distracted and forgot so I asked him if he was getting someone. He told me to wait and arrogantly lectured me by saying "patience is a virtue". After seeing him chatting around for another minute, i asked a colleague of his if its normal for them to lecture customers like that even whe. they are friendly and respectful, to which he answered "have a good day, sir". the whole experience was unnecessary and annoying, but it seems they are selling enough and badly trained to feel safe treating customers like this.

Unmatched experience at this location. Not crowded and the staff is fantastic. Kai was extremely helpful and personable. Will always be coming to this store from now on.

The one at the Grove is much nicer but this one’s good for Genius Bar appointments because nobody goes to the Beverly Center

Makes it extremely difficult to reach out to them. Brought my laptop in last Sunday and Bex from Genius Bar provided the best customer service! However, I've been trying to call Beverly Center 6-7 times this week via customer service. They have even tried to merge my call with Beverly Center multiple times, but it seems impossible for them to pick up the phone. My support page have been saying "Product shipped to Apple Store" for multiple days, and I just don't know if it has arrived yet.

Brought my new laptop in for repair when it refused to turn on, they kept my laptop for the past 24 hours and I have no status update. I also can’t get in contact with them by phone and nothing online has changed. I have apple care and had to wait an hour to be helped.

We are so grateful to have Manny help us!! He is so kind and professional. The whole process is super efficient, we love our experience there and feel confident for being a longtime Apple customer.

I visited the Apple Store at Beverly Center for the first time. I had an amazing experience. I purchased my first iPhone and the costumer service was excellent. I definitely recommend the Apple store in this location.
