We have our team of experts that are knowledgeable with all the designers appropriate areas of markings and stamps for your comfort. We only ship within the US. Some exotic pieces are hand delivered overseas with exception. Please inquire within.

Went there for appointment and they didn’t give me the courtesy of checking my items in a room but at the front desk. Then after a quick inspection they rejected my items because they are said they have too many of them on site so try back in December. It then dawned on me they probably thought I was part of some retail theft ring trying to resell stolen goods. It was an awful experience. It felt very racist.
IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD! Have been selling with them for over a year now and yesterday they decided to block me from selling because they claimed an item I sold was counterfeit, their authentication team is trash because my fendi bag got authenticated at two other credited stores and at fendi themselves. They are a terrible company if they think taking so much MONEY FROM ME one day and then blocking me because their team did a lousy job at authenticating is their problem not the customers. HORRIBLE! SELL AT REBAG INSTEAD
Don’t waste your time. First of all I’ve had 3 terrible experiences with them. The staff are all immature kids and so unprofessional. I went with a Chanel bag and a Dior bag both 2018 models. They offered me the lowest price and the way they handled the bags was unbelievable. The guy checking the bags took about 30 mins per bag and kept going back and forth laughing with the boy sitting on the front desk. I felt so disrespected and just took the bags back. I ended up selling my bags on my own on eBay and got x2 more than what they offered me. I went telling my friends what happened and apparently fashionphile is known for their unprofessional service with their staff which is why no one chooses to sell with them anymore. There are a bunch of other third party services that offer better deals so don’t waste your time here.
The customer service at this location is horrible. They never answer the phone! They told me I could come get my package on a certain day and when I got there, everyone had left unexpectedly. They claim they had to close for 4 days for COVID restrictions even though jobs aren’t even sending employees home for COVID anymore. I’ve called them over 3 times to try to come back and pick up my package. Nobody ever picks up the phone, it’s so unprofessional.
I don't trust FASHIONPHILE anymore, because they told me that the items I returned were missing something ,but I don't think there is anything missing, I returned what they send me , and never gave me a refund, I hope you think about whether you are in FASHIONPHILE Buying items because their poor after sales made me feel sick, I don't trust them anymore, this is the first and last time I buy an item, if insist on not refunding, maybe I will take the legal route.
I purchased a Louis Vuitton men's wallet that says "excellent" condition. The price was just right for a discontinued item. I received my order promptly but the wallet was not authentic. I owned two of the same wallet that I purchase from the Louis Vuitton store in South Coast Plaza and it's not even close. The size is longer, the material thinner and the quality of craftsmanship was way far inferior. I can tell it's a total "fake". I returned it personally within 12 hours to their store and was promised a full refund by Jamie the associate who received and processed my returned merchandise. She even told me that I will get an email in a few hours but never got it. I called them and Jamie promised me the same thing again. I don't believe they even care. They're fast in getting your money but will give you a hard time getting your refund back. CONSIDER THIS A WARNING TO EVERYONE.
I have made multiple purchases from Fashionphile even though their prices are higher than the competitors. I have contacted them on 3 occasions. 2 out of the 3 were ignored and I never received a response. In the 3rd occasion, it took them 3 days to respond with an abrupt canned answer of sorry can't help you. I will never shop from them again. Considering the price point you would except polite, timely customer service. Not recommended.
I sent my bag $800 value to this company, and they claim that they lost it and refused to pay me. After more than 30 days of investigation, they told me that I have two accounts with them and that's why they messed up. However, they told that they sent my item back, but I never receive it. They sent my item to someone else. You never know what they are doing. Keep telling lies. Avoid this company for sure. Now I think I feel hopeless to get my money back. Avoid this company if you don't want to experience the same.
I experienced Fashionphile from the point of view of a seller. I called for about 3-4 weeks leaving voicemails and finally got a response. I made an appointment to go in and have my bags assessed. I was shocked to learn that turnaround is quick. My bags were looked over and I received a check immediately. I declined to sell my Louboutins since they were giving me $40. They do lowball a lot but it's the nature of the beast. A great experience overall once I finally got an appointment. Whatever pricing they say they give you on their website for a particular bag- EXPECT WAY LESS. It's a pretty cutthroat business the business of 'things.' Makes you rethink the whole buying from a new perspective- don't get owned. Best of luck!
I love Fashionphile CA . My transactions with them always flawless and fast ! Only one thing that was better before than today : the price ! The price is little too high for resale market, so i have tO wait until the bag going on sale :- — xoxo from OR !
