We are not apple people but had an appointment at the store for sales. We were unsure what the process was regarding the appointments so we walked right over to a rep that seemed available. He sure was and boy was he helpful. Ross was able to find the phone my husband wanted, even showed us what it was like as a personal owner. He let us play around with his phone, and showed us photos that he took with it. He was extremely friendly and beyond helpful as well. Thanks to Ross, my husband was able to secure a phone that he desperately needed because his previous phone had completely died. Thanks for a great experience Ross!
Had to wait several days before I COULD make a reservation. I could never speak with anyone at the store to ask some initial questions. I showed up at the scheduled time and was instructed to wait at "the last table." There I was ignored. I went back to the front and was again guided to "the last table." This time a rude little A-hole asked me "what do you want to do?" No "hello," no "my name is . . .," No "May I help you?" He then proceeded to tell me why he couldn't help. First, he didn't know if they had a battery, even though they knew that is why I was there. Then, he pointed out that I had a 256 gig iPhone and that would take hours to back up. At this point I asked, "Are you going to replace my battery?" He said, "Probably not." I walked up front and asked to speak to a manager. The girl told me she could help me. She blew me off and turned to another customer. I can not recommend this place.
Had to drive almost an hour to the store 2 times for service 4 hours round trip. They told me they couldn’t fix my software issue caused by Apple iOS update and that I had to buy a new phone. Being that I need a phone I agreed, but of course they only had the new phones. Went to Best Buy as a Hail Mary attempt and they fixed my phone in 30 minutes. I returned the new phone and hopefully will never have to go back to this location ever again. Stay away.
The staff here is very friendly, and knowledgeable. Even when swamped with customers, they always take the time needed to resolve any issue or question to the customers understanding no matter how long it may take. Recommend this store for all Apple related questions and purchases!
Appointment my a”s. They don’t update emails fast enough once order is place for pick up. Twice had to call customer care to speak to them and after 45 minutes from the pick up window still no order completed email. Don’t talk to DAN. Won’t get any help from him. So not a happy Apple customer about buying directly from them. Been using Apple products since over 12 years so not planning to go through with this kind of process to pick up something I ordered and paid while I was home and waiting at store for an hour. I can buy a new car in less time than this.
Although Apple makes good products, I'm not a huge Apple fan, however, the service and employees were great! They made sure to greet you upon entering and were on top of your needs. I just became more of a fan. =
Thank you for fortifying my reasoning of why I don’t go to the Apple Store or genius bars. Went in for an appointment they admitted they were behind on appointments. They told me if it was a hardware issue and not a software issue like they automatically assumed it was I should just get a new phone. Poor customer service. Found a place to fix it for under 200. Also their go to fix when there’s anything wrong is to factory reset which I did not only did it do nothing it royally mess up my apps that allows me to check work schedule etc. Way to go apple I swear if I wasn’t so far in the infrastructure I’d be switching to Samsung.
I’ll never buy another Apple device after my experience today. I woke up to my Apple 11 stuck at flashing Apple icon on a black screen, I couldn’t turn it on nor off. Went to the Apple Store in Brandon, WAITED 5 hours, to see a technician only to be told that they can’t do anything to help my device turn on again. Unexplainable possible hardware issue since a restore wasn’t working on it. Their suggestion was to take it to a third party to fix it?! I couldn’t believe my ears!!!They are so quick to take your money, I spent $800 for this phone little over 2 years ago but so quick to tell you they can’t help you fix it and I should get a new one. I think from now on I’ll stay away from Apple! I thought the brand meant something but apparently not!!!!!!
12/15/2022 I would say I had never dealt with such horrible customer service. Specifically Troy and Corry. Both were very annoyed with my questions about the repair. Overall, I would say AppleCare used to be great now I don’t even want to buy iPhone anymore.
Great atmosphere and very friendly workers! I was able to get in, take a look around at all the products, and then get an air tag super quickly with no hassle! Great Apple Store!
