My Sister and I have been purchasing Pandora jewelry for many, many, many years now. On 08-15-23 visiting the Brandon Mall location in Brandon, Fl was the worst experience that we have ever encountered with Pandora! When we initially walked into the store we were acknowledged with the usual Pandora greeting. We noticed that there were not that many customers but there were quite a few sales reps scurrying around doing other things. "Jacqueline" who appears to be very busy assured us that someone will be with us shortly. We waited a good while. Maybe another 5 minutes or so before "Jacqueline" comes over to help us. She explained that the store was closed for Inventory the day before and she and all of the other sales rep were busy putting the inventory back on the shelves. We asked Jacqueline to clean our jewelry a total of 6 bracelets full of charms and a necklace. Jacqueline says Pandora no longer cleans the jewelry using the "Big" machine. This location no longer has the big machine to clean the jewelry. She also says that Pandora no longer takes the charms off the jewelry nor takes pictures of the jewelry because customers were complaining that the charms were getting stolen. Jacqueline then tells us she can try to clean our jewelry in a small machine with some cleaning solution. Reluctantly we allowed her to put our jewelry in the small machine which did NOT clean the jewelry at all. She tried this 2x and said she could not put it through a 3rd time because it will damage the jewelry. Thereafter, she went through the process to up-sell the polishing cloth and polishing cream. She said we could purchase a polishing cloth and polish to follow up at home with cleaning the jewelry ourselves. This whole encounter was horrible! We did not appreciate: 1. The poor customer service 2. The up-selling of cleaning products when Pandora includes cleaning services as a perk to Pandora customers. Do better Brandon location and stop lying! FYI. We then went to the International Mall - Westshore Plaza location and the Sales Rep Lindsey was AMAZING! She had no problem cleaning our jewelry. She took our jewelry, took the charms off, took pictures, put the charms back on in the same order. In 2 hours our jewelry was shiny and clean. And we purchased more jewelry! Thank you Lindsey!
This one is for Natasha. She was the sweetest worker ever, she was very patient with us at picking our presents. She understood how much we were willing to spend and even tho it wasn’t a lot she found for us the perfect gift.

Jackie is AMAZING. She was quick and direct while maintaining a high level of customer service. Loved how patient she was with us. She listened and helped us make the right choice.

I had a wonderful experience. Jackie, Anderly, and Arianna were great. They told me about the engraving, which I had no idea about. I decided to get it. I’m for sure making this my go-to gift place.
