This location is busy but not overcrowded. Better than any location attached to a mall. Staff are friendly and it’s easy to set up an appointment if you make one in person. One of the tech guys walked through every possible scenario of the issue I was having with my AirPods. Tip: Request a note to be left on file in case you need to revisit for the same issues.

I bought Mac book air for my daughter yesterday in New Jersey. The Mac book didn’t work. The next day I went to an Manhasset Apple Store in New York. They said they could exchange it but I have to pay more tax because New York tax is higher than New Jersey. The store where I purchased is closed today and my daughter needs a computer now. The Apple Store in NY and apple’s customer service asked me to go to any Apple Store in New Jersey to exchange the laptop. This is so irresponsible for a major company to make this kind of error. It was frustrating to travel 4 hours to New Jersey to exchange due to manufacturing defect that Apple should be responsible for. Apple customer service is horrible!!!

Employee named Bobeck or Bobak is rude, condescending, and short with people. He looks bothered to be there. Very unpleasant host and greeter. Will escalate to corporate as I have never received such poor customer service from Apple, I am sure they will appreciate a thorough feedback of how this store is operating.

Shawna, Jeremy & Scott were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They helped my with my android to IOS setup. I recommend this Apple Manhasset location, wait was less than 15 mins & very friendly staff.

Great place. Some employees say items not available but if you recheck with another employer it’s available maybe not the color you want. Otherwise Genius Bar on point and give helpful tip.

If I could give you zero stars I would give you zero stars and every store employee in there doesn't look very friendly and they don't ask you if you need help even if they gather around and talk. I feel neglected and discriminated in it. I have been an Apple user for 8 years and have changed the new generation of iphone every year, but I will not buy any more in the future! The user experience that made me so sick wouldn't go back to this store

The whole team here was incredibly helpful. I needed an urgent repair for my computer, as I needed it to take the bar exam. The staff were able to take the computer and repair it the same day. Incredible service.

Good customer service, nice location and interior too

Terrible job. And terrible customer care. The crew here was unable to transfer data from my old computer to my new one and assured me that a hard drive would work 100% they were wrong the new computer received all the data but continued in an endless start up loop, rather than offering to send my computer in for service and or exchange they sent me home with no answers. Luckily, Apple support on the phone cover their behind. Go to another store.
