NAPA Auto Parts

Have all the parts you need. If they don't have it now. They'll go get it NOW. Not just parts, TOOLS as well.

This business place is bad and the people working in there. Parts are ordered online and upon picking up they state that they don’t carry those parts. People drive miles to get to this place so atleast greet and be politely apologetic to your customers for not having the parts they ordered online. NAPA parts are good but these sales associates making the business looking bad. Shame shame.

You can literally find the same brands they use from Amazon for a fraction of the cost and skip their poor customer service. The owner is always angry about something… very toxic.They charge more than the dealer for parts that aren’t even close to the same quality.

These guys continue to save my butt no matter what I need. I needed hard to find brake pads for my boat trailer. They figured out exactly what l needed and got them the same day. A couple of weeks earlier they built a hydraulic hose for my boat's power steering. It saved me several hundred dollars.

Placed order over internet said place order now pick up tomorrow yeah add one more day to that. Done with NAPA for good now

if you want the best parts at the best price, you go NAPA. Its that simple. I have to say, NAPA Port Washington is, by far, the BEST, most comprehensive auto parts store within 25 miles. If you need advice, they know. If you're not sure about something, they will guide you. No riff-raff, just honest guys who know their stuff.

They are hands down the Real deal , always got what i need.. Nice Family run place .

This is a great store. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. Very convenient if you are on the North Shore and need to replace a Hydraulic hose.

the people who serve you are very kind, they helped me change the battery of my car.

Best auto store in Port Washington. I've been coming here for the last 7 yrs they always have what I need and when ever I order something I get it on time.
