I can't say enough great things about how I was treated at the Mapleview Mall Apple Store, from the moment I was greeted at the door to the EXCEPTIONAL service I received at the Genius Bar. They treated me like a Rock Star! They met and exceeded all my expectations and then some!!! Thanks a million to Nancy for patiently taking the time to make sure all my needs and concerns were met. She's a real sweetheart! Thanks to Matt for all his help and expertise, the managers and the rest of the caring staff. Everyone was engaged ,helpful and caring. A+ sevice
They make me wait over an hour after my booked online appointment, beside I showed up twenty minutes before it. Don't really understand what the reason was for this . Would never schedule any repair appointment , even though I bought many items at this location . I had much better experience at Square One or Etobicoke, even this location is closer to my house . And such attitude happen second time at this location . It is much better to drive extra mile but have nicer experience and better day.
Customer service can be better. When I entered the store I didn’t feel welcomed. Staff members were discussing something among each other but they missed an opportunity to say hi or hello and then I made a purchase of the product I never used before so I asked some questions and they answered nicely but the person explaining the product was in a hurry so I didn’t ask much. Now I will watch some videos to understand product. The store is beautiful.
I recently experienced issues with my iPhone and made an apt with the Genius Bar. I came in and was greeted so warmly and was helped by a lovely gentleman named Justin. He helped me with the issue and honestly saved me so much headache by getting my phone repaired for me ASAP. When I went to pick up my device an hour and a half later, the gentleman who helped me was equally as nice and helpful and gave me some great tips on phone plans, which I didn’t know apple provided. All in all, I always have a great experience whenever I come here. After having such a horrible day, I was happy that I was treated with respect and kindness and I really appreciate every member of the staff who helped me out. Highly recommend this location to everyone.
my friend went to the store for two hours for the workers to fix her phone she had a very very very bad problem with inverted colours. she ask so ft the store and screen shared for and hour and they still didn’t fix it. i watch a few tiktoks and after 5 minutes it was fixed. the workers should understand what they do they are not very helpful. very upset i am truly disappointed with what has happened.
Exceptional Customer Service , I had issues with my iPhone and booked appointment , I was late 10 minutes, no issues, they took me and fixed my issue within the time span told. Very happy with the customer service and behaviour of all employees. Went back again for my wife , felt the same behaviour.
My computer was taken in the back, the cover removed and diagnosed as having a damaged charging part. Was told part was needed to be ordered 3-5 days, and then I would have to drop to off and leave with them for another 3-5 days. I am unable to NOT have my laptop for work purposes and the 'genius' suggested instead, quite patronizingly that I could purchase a new one. Extremely irritating. Very frustrated, called and immediately went to computer repair shop down the road. He had a spare Macbook air kept especially for parts. He opened it up in front of me and replaced the part for me in less than 10 minutes. He charged me less than half the cost it would have been at the Mac store.
I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this store but I went in today to purchase a MacBook and Robin helped me. She was an absolute sweetheart, very helpful and kind. She asked all the right questions and made sure that I chose the right laptop. She also made sure that I knew about the USB-C connector and pointed out the adapters. She was super thoughtful. Then she introduced to John who was honestly just a genius. He knew all the tips and tricks and made my transition very smooth. He was very patient and a delight to be around. He was helping many others around me, yet he still was there whenever I had a question. Both John and Robin were amazing associates and made my experience at Apple a wonderful one!
I scheduled an appointment to replace/fix a pair of airpods pro my son gave me because were not working. 30min waiting and customer service representatives are just saying that someone will be with me shortly. What’s the reason of the appointment if you need to wait anyway? What kind of support service is that? Something needs to be revise in there, sorry
Chris the store manager is really doesn’t know how to treat customers, very arrogant and successfully managed to move out of Apple products to Samsung after 9 years exclusively liking Apple only. His bad attitude not solving problems is a mentality if it represents Apple culture treating longtime loyal customer then not worth it. He refused to replace phone cover under warranty claiming that this is the policy. initially I was checked in by a nice person checked it and confirmed the warranty replacement. I was asked to sit to be served by anther person. Came anther person she was super rude and challenging. When I asked for help by the store manager and how after being told this is eligible for replacement please wait to be served, they dealt with me in a very challenging and rude attitude. I told the store manager that I am not happy and will complain …. He didn’t care to sort out any problem or make satisfied by any mean
