I recently visited this nails place with high hopes but unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. I paid $40 for a nail treatment that left me completely unsatisfied. The state of my nails is appalling.The lack of cleanliness is evident, and the quality of the paint used gives off a cheap appearance. It's truly disheartening to see my nails in such a condition after investing both my time and money. Needless to say, I am deeply disappointed with my experience and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone seeking quality nail care.
This was my first and LAST time I will ever come to this place. I had asked for a full set exactly the way it is shown on the first picture. I got the complete opposite even after I told the female owner repeatedly that both my middle and ring finger nail needed to have a lavender tip. The lady was very rude even after she cut me SEVERAL times. I made sure to let the lady know I had gotten cuts and she continuously kept saying “Later”. She took forever to do my nails and on top of that several of the nails are not the same exact length. I believe she didn’t speak English because she did not understand me from the very beginning of what I wanted and what exactly was going on even after I was charged full amount. I kept explaining why I shouldn’t pay the full amount and the lady took my card and charged me full price either way. I will NEVER come to this place ever again. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.Services: Acrylic nails
$98!? Yes, you the price. I was charged for what I ASKED for long fullset, but got medium/short fullset. Shorter than I approved, after I told her an showed the length. I was so disappointed I didn't want to continue, so I didn't get polish. Once she was done with the buffing an file, i washed my hands an left. The pedicure was $30 + $15 =$45. Which was the better part of the service. As a repeat customer this is the first-time I've had this subpar experience with Apple nail. I believe this was due to the Influx of people who came in, and they felt they had to rush.
Can i give a zero? Just leaving the shop, super upset. If they mess up and you point it out they get very defensive. Ben had a nasty attitude. I will not pay to be disrespected. When I pointed out an area that needed addressing I was told that he did his best and maybe I should go somewhere else. That is exactly what i will do! My nails look horrible!
I will rate more when I get nail design. The place was clean and quiet. Very relaxing. The technician's were very friendly. Did a decent job on my nails, however, I'm biased to nail designs so I'll withhold judgement on the nails until I get what I REALLY want. Great establishment overall.
The man who works here had what seemed like a manic moment or nervous breakdown. He was cutting my cuticles while using the electric nail buffer. When I only looked down at my finger to assess the damage, he started shouting at me to “get nail done somewhere else next time.” I tried to ignore his rude remark as I was just eager to leave ASAP with completed nails. He would not stop blurting out inappropriate comments. I will never go back. The service has really gone downhill lately. Services: Acrylic nails
I will never go back again. Ben verbally assaulted me after I asked a simple question about one of my nails. His response did not match the situation, almost like he was under the influence. He ultimately ended up telling me that I need to find somewhere else to get my nails done. He was so disrespectful and rude. Very strange behavior.Service: Acrylic nails
I will not be back. I was told to come back at 3:30 as they had a couple of people ahead of me. When I returned, I noticed someone who had come in AFTER me was in the chair getting her nails done. Unfortunately they are understaffed and your wait time will be long! Ben does a great job but I will not continue to patronize them since they do not take in consideration their loyal customers!Service: Acrylic nails
I think they did a great job . I didn’t have to wait long and the service was good . I mainly, enjoyed the selection of services they offered and large nail polish collection.
They are fairly nice but most definitely need refresher training!!! My nails was horrible! I asked for dip powder and it looked more like white out and the shape was really horrible!!! Wasted my money for the last time at this place. Sorry…nails cost too much to pay and get a bad jobService: Acrylic nails
