I have call several times to make an appointment. I finely got a return call back I had to wait 4 weeks to get a appointment. I had a appointment today called to confirm my appointment no answer. I tried to get a sooner appointment but could not get one. You always get a recording never a live person the recording say someone will call you back in 24 hrs. It more like a 3 day wait or more.
