Apple Store

Many years ago, when the Corners building was being built, the design was absolutely beautiful with brick and concrete and featured a few great businesses like Tiffany’s and Va Da Vi. Unfortunately, the City of Walnut Creek got swayed by the power of Steve Jobs and allowed the Corners to be redesigned with the stainless steel monstrosity called Apple and the entire Corners project was officially ruined. That stupid Apple store was thankfully removed and was relocated across the street into its current location. I wish there were more trees and better landscaping but the building is simply amazing. The location is great and I come here frequently since I own an obscene amount of Apple products. It’s just a shame the police need to keep a constant presence so thieves will be somewhat deterred from breaking into the place. It feels like a flagship store. I’m rating it that way too.

The service at this store is always so smooth. One of the better apple stores in the Bay Area for sure!! Liz was really helpful at the Walnut Creek location with helping me get the iphone 13 pro.

Its a beautiful store. It is the closest Apple Store to me. Usually when i want to try out the new products I come here. Also, good selection of Apple products. If you have the ability, the Macbook Pro M1 Pro series laptops are AMAZING!! Great for photo and video editing. The BEST investment for my photography business for sure!! Friendly service. Just wish that there is a police presence here since it is one of the places hit recently by a brash of "degenerates" thinking they can get away with it.

Atrocious customer service. On two occasions I have gone in to buy something and spend at least 20 minutes being studiously ignored by the staff. I would prefer to buy in person, but with this store, ordering by mail is probably better. Weird, Apple used to have really good customer service.

The manager at WC branch better get his employees to want to help customers. I went into the store and 8 employees were standing around talking to each other in pairs. I couldn't get anyone to answer my questions about buying a new Mac. That's not my department when I approached 2 different employees. I just walked out.

UPDATE: I added the photo of the initial laptop with silver/reflective logo that was given to me by an employee at the Apple store in downtown Walnut Creek. The Tiffany blue one with lighted Apple logo is mine. This presented a great opportunity for thieves... My laptop is still not working ~ I actually do not believe anything was repaired on it. Also, when the Apple technician called out my name for pick-up, he gave me someone else's laptop computer, I took a photo for proof which was stored under my name. The technician assisting me was rude to me when I bluntly informed his colleague that I needed to get to work- because his colleague interrupted and spoke over me multiple times, never saying excuse me. I'm really disappointed that I wasted trips to the store and my laptop is still not working. I was told by the technician that I just needed to set it up - Ok, but if the computer is barely functional, how am I supposed to "set it up" Who knew, one can totally use the word "trash" in the same sentence with Walnut Creek, California!

Beautiful Apple Store in down town Walnut Creek, staff is very professional, I highly recommend scheduling an appointment for tech, warranty repairs as this location is crazy busy Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Bathrooms are spotless!!Incase you don’t have appointment walking, scheduled and enjoy the many stores and restaurants around.

Cool Apple Store as always. As always cool Apple store. You can never be disappointed by service, vibe and quality!

BEWARE of getting a new iPhone . I purchased an iPhone 14 yesterday upgrading from my 11. Although all my information had been backed up in the cloud , all of my passwords were lost . Four tech people tried to help but basically just said “I’m really sorry , there’s nothing I can do “ it will take hours to get new passwords. I’m so frustrated, wish I had never upgraded .

Conveniently located in Broadway Plaza of Walnut creek. Parking structure is close by. If you are lucky you may get street parking close by. Visited few times here, visited yesterday again to buy few apple goodies, very quick and great customer service. Just like other Apple stores it is generally busy.
