It’s a beautiful store and it always smells good in there. All the make-up, perfume, and make-up you can choose from. I always love coming to shop at Sephora, the customer service is always great. Disappointed that I didn’t find the perfume I wanted this time though. Maybe next time!
I spent an hour to get color matching for my skin tone so I can buy a foundation without trying tons by ordering online. I usually order products online sephora but choosing a new foundation is really hard. So I thought that would be great idea to visit the store but it wasn’t. It was my first time in this location The workers treated me like a 16-17 years old. Even though I verbalized anything that can help them to guide me a right direction; what type of brands I use, I buy or I like. First worker took me a section I’ve never heard of the brand. I repeated the brands again. So Idk how I ended up getting color matched on a brand that I didn’t mention. Also, when I was about to check out, the person in register had an attitude idk why. I recommend the team listen your customers instead of focusing on selling. People were kind but I felt pressure and insincerity. And the store lights were misleading so I bought a foundation recommended by from a different worker and once I got back home, it look red on my skin. End of the day, It’s a real frustration. Now I have to return it. I went to store to avoid returning but still..
Manager should be let go, you have one job, keep popular items in stock during Christmas and you can't even manage to do that 1 thing. What a shame!
I got my makeup done by Carly and I was more than satisfied with the results! Carly provided superb service. She payed attention to what I was looking for and was very gentle throughout the process.I LITERALLY came out looking better than what I had asked for. I also want to thank Taylor for making my mom feel fabulous about her first time getting her makeup done. Both of you ladies did an Amazing job. Friends and family loved it as well! I look forward to booking my next makeup appointment with you ladies!
I got my brows waxed here I totally regret it . The lady did not know what she was doing I was speechless she was nice the other staff as well . I never notice how bad it was until I got home she made it worse than they where .
I just went in to pick up an eyeliner and came out with the knowledge of what a “water line” is and with 5 more items than I didn’t initially intended to buy. The guy Stephan? had such flawless makeup that when he asked “Is there anything else I could help you with?” It lead me to ask him about everything I had thought about buying but was too lazy to do the research. He was extremely helpful! I can’t wait to use all the makeup he suggested. Thank you for your help sir! This store has always been my favorite location to stop at. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. I don’t know if it helps but I went around 2:30pm on a Friday. It was busy but I was still greeted by staff when I entered and left the store.
This store is clean, and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They have wide selection of name brands and everything was organized and displayed well. The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars is that many of the lipliners testers were empty or broken and that was my main reason for shopping there that day.
Love shopping experience here, the staff is helpful & nice & they really know their products.
Great selection of products and no pressure sales team. It’s hard to get any services like trying a eyeshadow like Nordstrom will do for you, but when I want to just get in and out, this fits the bill
Super helpful store. Its like any Sephora but does not have it all. Too small for the amount of rush in there. I feel like either I was in someones space or they were in mine. Staff is very nice. I will go again.
